My experience with Jancember was fenomenal! Excellent customer service! Vivian answered every question I had and would share pictures and videos of dress to see if I would like them. When the quinceañera dress my daughter picked out was completed I was also sent videos and pictures. Shipping was super fast, I received my package in 3 days. Now let’s talk about the dress,GORGEOUS!!!! Wow I’m just in shock on how Beautiful it is. Ask for Vivian she is great!

Will definitely Order Again
Order my daughters coronation gown on September 1st 2025 and received it on September 22, 2025. I live in Louisiana, USA
The dress was exactly as described in the picture. The fit is perfect. Just make sure you pay attention to their size chart and everything will be fine. If there is a lot of glitter shed which is expected but nothing hair spray can't fix.
I will definitely order again. Ill post pics after the coronation

Just order it! Do not fear! This dress is unbelievable, is a dream. The dress, it’s fantastic! A work of art. The workmanship, the details, the everything, it is like from a princess dream. Like many, I was skeptical and afraid to make this purchase. I am very glad I looked past those emotions and went ahead and made the purchase. The entire process was smooth and professional. I received the dress in less time than expected. Even the packing was outstanding. Although it came from China, it only took three days from the time they gave me the tracking code. It’s like out of a fairytale and for an accessible price. The look in the face of my daughter, her happiness, is priceless. Thank you for bringing this joy on this special occasion to us. There is so many happy feelings that I cannot fit them in this review. So all I gotta say is, don’t doubt it, just do it.

At first I was scared that they were a scam but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. Customer service was amazing too. I got my dress today and it’s was beautiful and even came with the crinoline. Also I’m not a bot skibidi rizz tung tung tung sahlur

I received my dress and It is sooo beautiful. Better than I expected. They contacted me via WhatsApp after I placed my order to ask for my measurements and make sure everything was gonna fit just fine. They were very communicative in every steph of the process, they gave me constant updates and fast response to any of my questions. I definitely recomend this store!

The Quality was perfect exactly how it looked in the pictures. My dress was much more sparkly and shiny then the video. The measurements were exactly to my body. The dress was comfortable and the crinoline wasn't hurting me at all. The dress arrived very quickly after it was made. The person responding to my texts was very patient with me and my nervousness. I would 100% buy again. I love how the dress and crinoline attach together.
