Horrible malísimo I originally asked for the dress without major modifications, and I was repeatedly told it could be made as the original design. Even then, communication became very difficult. I had to resend measurements because my previous ones were not reviewed carefully, and the process became exhausting.

I tried to be flexible and make things easier. My only important request was a more closed neckline, which is a common modification. I even accepted many things without complaint because I trusted your quality and experience.

What frustrated me most was not the modification itself, but the communication. I felt that my concerns were not fully understood, even though I was trying to cooperate and simplify everything. In the end, I became discouraged and gave up on purchasing because the process felt much more complicated than expected.

I never wanted conflict. I simply wanted clear communication and confidence in the final result. Thank you for confirming the discrimination. Unfortunately, you’d have to look up the measurements in the chat because later you’ll say I write a lot. I tried to confirm them many times, I sent them many times, and they kept asking me for them again. I’m not a second-class customer, nor do I need to beg for a dress, whether it’s original or not. I pay the same amount as everyone else; it’s all or nothing. Don’t complicate things any further, and then you say it’s me.a professional Yes, we can close the bust a little.

It didn’t have to come to this, and the conversation was so long. I confirmed the measurements and the bust closure modification. I paid, and there’s no need for all this drama. Humiliating me isn’t free; I’d pay the same as any other client.

Fiona was amazing, she answered all of my questions and helped me take exact measurements. She asked me to send her various pictures of my measurements to make sure I was doing it correctly. My dress is beautiful! I got the model NS4981. The beading is beautiful. I was able to customize the straps. I got three different strap’s because I didn’t know which one I would like better.

I live in Canada, and I ordered my dress on March 1st via WhatsApp and received it yesterday, April 2nd. The communication was excellent. They kept me informed about every detail, and we confirmed the measurements multiple times.

This was the best decision I made to trust the process of one of the most important day of my life. From beginning to end there was communication, it took about 2months for my dress to be made and ship to me. When I pulled it out of bag I was soooo excited, I cried when I put it on bc I was more than what i expected..✨❤️🥰😘 My mother was like omg it's beautiful. I went to two different stores looking for a dress and none of them gave me that wild factor and the ones I did see was out of my budget for what I wanted to spend .
Please trust me when I tell you if you are having any doubts, do your own research bc I did and I would recommend Amanda Novias to any bride who looking for that dress to that's giving please don't hesitate. Can't wait to upload pics soon
