I cannot give a review on the wig. I never received it. I ordered it in June, but never got it. The shipping was terrible. However, customer service was excellent. They always responded to my emails with an effort to help solve my issue. They investigated and resent the order. I never got that one either. They were very polite in their responses. They did issue a refund.

I always wanted a beautiful braided unit, that is true to picture. After years of looking i found JALIZA Store and what a different. My unit is absolutely beautiful, soft,gorgeous colors, fits perfectly! Im very impressed and so happy. Thank you!

I saw where someone commented on the baby hairs and said it got nappy, well I have nappy hair, I lay it out, but when it gets nappy that’s natural. I love it, it’s more real.

My first order one of the wigs was too small. I contacted Jaliza and it was no problem to return and receive a refund. Before the return even happened I ordered another wig. On 7/2 I had the new wig installed and very pleased. It's beautiful! My hairstlyist who did the install was even impressed. I wish I could post the video. I'm cute! I'll be ordering again! Thank you!

Company did take care of my problem with the shipping, I shipped out another braided wig and I’m thankful that I received it. Wig is the bomb after my install and it’s not heavy at all

Terrible company! Stay away. I ordered a wig on May 30th, Today is June 20th still haven’t gotten it. Tried to track it but was given a FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. It’s been at the same location since the day I placed my order. It’s not even moving along. I want my money back! They refuse to work with me or give me my money but gave me a discount to place a new order! Nah they are not about to SCAM ME TWICE!

I purchased two Jaliza wigs from Amazon. I bought the Boho style with human and synthetic hair. I must say they looked fantastic at a couple of events I attended. Both wigs were full of volume and the colors were exactly as advertised. They complemented my skin tone really well especially for the summer season.I did have to return one wig for a replacement but the customer service team was super helpful throughout the process. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I received my beautiful braided wig within one week! I kid you not! I tried it on just to see how it look on and if it was heavy. Well the unit looks great on and it was not heavy it all. I definitely recommend this company.

It was everything, the fit, the comfort and it was easy to do the install. It's the best wig I have purchased by far.

Jaliza customer service is great! 10/10. I ordered my first wig, a 36in boho box braid. When I received it I loved it but decided it was too much hair for me. Nothing was wrong eith the unit. It was beautiful. just changed my mind and wanted a shorter unit. I contacted customer service and they assisted me with the return and replacement without any hassle or hesitation. I returned the first unit following the return instructions and received the replacement unit just as fast as the first. Both units were beautiful and high quality. Thank you Jaliza for working with me to my satisfaction. I will definitely be purchasing more braided units in the future.

one of the best brand of braided wigs I've come across. i found them about 3 months ago and I already have 4 braided wigs. They are light weight, constructed well and very affordable. I got my eyes on my 5th wig!

Ordered this wig Monday May 26th and received it Wednesday May 28th. My first time buying a braided wig. I was scared that it would be heavy, and it was not. I received it well packaged. I have been missing out, this wig was perfect. It had the baby hairs already curled. The wig was full with no bald spots. I can’t wait to wear it. I already have my next one picked out.

I adore Jaliza. The units are shipped promptly and always match the description. The most recent unit was crafted perfectly. The parts were neat, the lace was HD and the braids were perfection, no flyaways, or poor skills. This is my second unit and I know I will be ordering from them them again!!!

This was my first time ordering from Jaliza, the experience wasn't great to start. I can say that if there is an issue with your order, Jaliza promptly gets back in contact with you. I can say Jaliza went the extra mile to make me a satisfied customer. I would like to make other purchases but the shipping process is a headache. Jaliza fixed the one issue for me to still not have my wig. Now that isn't on Jaliza, USPS claim they delivered the wig on 05/24, I never received it. Now I had to file a claim with USPS, this has been the most discouraging experience for me.
