Jalisa say what they mean They stand on/by their word. Customer service effectiveness and fast delivery ,staying in consistent communication until package is delivered and after. Make sure you have received and are happy 😃 with product. Not to mention the quality of each unit I have purchased. So far I have 3 am waiting on another unit to be delivered. Once received I SHALL be ordering more 2/3 per month.

I just purchased my first product and it didn’t arrive to the correct address, but I thank God for Jaliza for making it right and easy to figure out what the problem was. The experience ordering a Jaliza wig was exemplary. I ordered a full braided knotless wig and I did not like the color I ordered. I called customer service and they gave me an option of a refund or replacement. I replaced my wig with another full knotless and it is perfect! The color is vibrant and the feel is amazing! It! It's so soft and it was so easy to fit my crown with adjustable straps. I would not hesitate to purchase another!!!!!

Let me first say I'm not a review person I usually don't write them but my experience was so heartfelt I had to share it. I am a truck driver and it's hard to look good on the road and I count on the quality of Jaliza's braided wigs to keep me looking fabulous! I ordered the wig but didn't get home until weeks later to retrieve it. Then I discovered I ordered the wrong color! I contacted customer service about exchanging the unit they said no problem I sent pictures and they told me to return it in 7 days unfortunately you can't just pull a truck up to a post office so that took another couple of weeks. I contacted them with the issue and they were glad to help. Jaliza, was very patient and work with me through the process. I was finally able to return the unit, then I find out that my color was out of stock. My heart dropped until they explain that they would upgrade my wig in the color I wanted for no additional charge! Amazing!!! This review is not about the wig as it is about how they treated me like a real person that cared about my concerns and treated me with respect like they valued me as a customer and that's what I appreciated the most. And I will reciprocate by being a loyal customer!❤️

This review is based only on responsiveness to an ordering issue. I accidentally made a purchase that I was not ready to make. I immediately reached out to support to request a cancellation of the order. I went to bed and when I woke up I had a response that the order was cancelled. Since then I ordered the unit and I am waiting for delivery. It was over $340 so I pray that it does not disappoint. I will definitely post after I get it

I recieved my wig. I needed a small and the 121 strands was a bit much for me but the wig is amazing I have already ordered a wig from jaliza. Reaching out to there customer service was an amazing experience they can teach some of our us customer service people a thing or to. They accomate as much as they can to satisfy what you are needing.

i loved wig but it wasn’t my color . I got in touch with the company the same day it was delivered they contacted be back a said np . I sent it back the next day. service was so fast and sweet . i appreciate this so much

I ordered 2 of your beautiful lace front wigs. 1 for my sister and 1 for myself. They're gorgeous except mine is a little too long for liking and a little too bright in color for me. Jaliza gave me the opportunity to exchange it for something a little dark for my age. Thank you Jaliza! I'll definitely be ordering again

I ordered my 1st wig from JALIZA due to hairless and needing to get some variety in my appearance. The variety is very good with plenty options to choose. The site is very user-friendly and navigating was a breeze. Shipment was quick and I was informed every step of the way. I had an issue and customer support was fast and very accommodating. Customer service made my experience Great! They were timely responding to each of a series of emails that I sent to them. The representative was kind and polite. If they didn't respond the same day, they responded the following day. They were knowledgeable and answered every question that I presented to them. Service was exceptional. I had a problem selecting a wig, that was right for me, and help came timely with detailed explanations. There were plenty of options available to me that fit my needs. The products purchased were well made. I am a satisfied customer, and I will certainly purchase from Jaliza again.

This was my first time purchasing a Jaliza unit. I wanted to have braids for a vacation and needed an option that saved me time and money. I have enjoyed my box braids with the ability to switch up if it’s too hot.

Also, the level of Jaliza customer service and support is next level. They are attentive and willing to address issues and concerns to the satisfaction of their customers. Their responses are prompt and their shipping is fast too!
