No notice of delivery date the just turned up. One of the dumpy bags was half full the rest of the stone was in the back of the truck and on the roads as driver was there for less than 10 mins then off like a bat out of hell. Driver 2 out of 10 - attitude on legs

The merchant confirmed that the driver left the fence panel as per the delivery instructions 'on the driveway' in which you noted on your order. The drivers notes on the delivery are 'on the driveway, near back gate' which still follows the instructions.
It was a little difficult with this one — we appreciate your frustration, but the delivery note was posted on the day of the delivery, and no contact was made until 24th when this was delivered on the 16th. This is outside the merchants delivery policy to declare any missing items.
