Not told that order had been cancelled
Easy to order. Details of vendor provided.
Unfortunately the vendor could not fulfill the order and cancelled it. We only found out when we contacted them because we had not been given a delivery date. Money had been refunded without telling us.
The lack of communication delayed us getting on with our project. Appreciate that this is just human error.
Would use again, but would check progress of order earlier

Decking timber
Service was good. Decking boards not great. Quality variable, some were unusable due to splitting, knot holes and varying widths. Fortunately i over ordered so i could afford to discard the worst boards and cut out sections of others. The product was very reasonably priced so you get what you pay for. Now its all laid it looks OK.
