Well Worth The Money
The courses throughout the program were incredibly relevant and I use most of what I learned through iTeach in my practice as a teacher. Everything is self-paced so one of my courses technically took me over a year to finish (procrastination). Every time I reached out to them I was responded too in a completely reasonable amount of time and my answers were always answered fully. iTeach has even helped me get started on a Master's program as well as helping me transfer my ARL License to a Traditional License. It was worth every penny in my opinion.

I made it
I made it! Thanks to Iteach I am applying for a standard license. The program was awesome. I worked at my own pace and didn't feel rushed or stressed. Dr. Thaggard and the Iteach Nevada staff were awesome!

It’s a Hard No
Effective and timely communication is non-existent. Staff speaks condescendingly in phone conversations. Program is unorganized and reminds me of an orientation one might go undergo during the hiring process at a high school job like Burger King. Do better. This program is definitely not worth $5,000. It might be worth $100 for filing fees.

Paid course: no access, no help, then rude replies
I paid to complete 1 course in order to transfer my license to another state. However, I was never sent a link to access the course. When I inquired, they did not respond. After me calling relentlessly, they replied that the link was sent. No link...then Jennifer Hees told me that my tone was disrespectful and still did not grant me access to the nearly $500 course I purchased. Now 5 days into still not receiving the product that I bought I was told that it is Friday afternoon so no help will be given!?

I do see that we had an unforeseen technical issue created by you applying to the full certification and purchasing the course individually. Unfortunately, the time it took to fix two created Canvas account was longer than anticipated.
You did receive full access on January 3rd and were emailed a link to login on the 3rd.
Despite your poor experience thus far, we hope that your experience going forward is significantly better.

I teach was fine at first
I teach was fine at first. Once covid happened its like they never returned back to work. They have hours to call, but you cant get in touch with anyone unless you send an email. I will say you get a response between 24-48 hours. Just nice to be able to call and get a quick questions answered.
