The program was very easy to navigate. The feedback provided was very helpful and the information in each module provided me with tons of knowledge that will be helpful to me in my career.

I would give it less if I could. They’re more interested in your money than they are your education. Been with them over a year and I’m paying them off and going to another school to complete my education. Don’t waste your time.

The experience was great because of the convenience and administration support given was awesome. The professionalism and patience convened over the phone spoke volumes. Nevertheless, I would recommend clients to be given up to five or six times to test on the subjects revealing an explanation as to why the answer is correct.

I appreciated that iTeach had a quick turn around time for responding to (most) emails, but I really needed more guidance or someone to check in occasionally with me on my progress. I am fairly good at self guided education, but this was an isolating and lonely experience that made looking for jobs really difficult.

I really enjoyed having my observation done in a very respectful manner.

Iteach and its staff was extra helpful and considerate in answering questions and helpful during my start in 2021. I must state that the staff never wanted you to feel that you were left alone in the forest with no one to hear your call or cry. I was excited about starting my classes and my Father took illed and passed away; so I was unable to start right away. Unexpected I received a call that my mother dies in her sleep which was less than a year of losing my father. To the point, I called the iTeach office to explain to them about my situation of losing my parents and how do I get back started once I feel my strength to start back. The staff shared with me their sorry for my lost and told me that I can start anytime I'm ready and if any help is needed; just call the office. Well during my healing process and upon my decision to get started back to my classes in iTeach; my husand became illed. Upon his doctor visit etc. h My usand was told he had prostate cancer and I had to stop all plans etc to take care of him and travel to MD Anderson. Through all his illness he was me to go back to finish iTeach. At my husband's wish I called back at iTeach and asked when can I start back or did I need to reapply instead I was told just simply get back to your account and you can start where you left off. I called back in January 2024 and the staff assisted me back on track and I finished this year. I completed my payments and passed all my classes. I taught school during the 2 years while being enroll in iTeach but I had breaks in between the years. I'm not sure if my Plan of Study forms were turned in to iTeach. I returned by paid out form to them for reimbursement..haven't heard back from them yet. I will be calling you regarding my next steps! I love iTeach and I would definitely encourage others to join. Thank you.

Always able to get a hold of someone. I was able to do my schoolwork at my own pace. The whole experience was awesome.

Overall I have not had a negative experience with iteach, however, at times I feel like it is not user friendly. I recently was wondering why my new course wasn't showing up and I could not figure out why... one of the quizzes was 1 point away from passing and it never flagged. I also feel like I am having to reach out a ton for 'what's next'. As a new teacher, as well as a mom, I am already super busy. I wish everything was laid out in a user friendly way. I have fellow teachers in the program constantly asking me..."what's next?" because they too have no idea what is exactly next.

If ever I needed help or had a question, everyone was very helpful. The information that I learned in these classes has been very helpful so far and I'm sure I will enhance all my classes in the future.

Process was confusing and exhausting.
The first course was all about the process, but I feel like the process and steps taken were completely out of order in reality and much more difficult to comprehend.
Most scenarios are not very realistic in an actual classroom. I feel under prepared as I enter this next year, and I feel like other programs have helped me more than this one.

I have emailed a few times. Everytime, I get a friendly, timely and detailed response. This has made the process of getting my alternative certificate much less stressful. I started with a different company and had a pretty bad experience. I switched to ITeach and have not regretted it.

Loved the variation from videos to graphs and other visuals. It wasn’t just reading material. Wished there was a faster grading turnaround.

The curriculum in the early courses was interesting and well organized. The later courses were very useful as well. The clinical courses were extremely useful to me as well. Overall, iteach is a great organization!
