Tout s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. La clinique est très propre et moderne. Le staff très accueillant, sympathique et disponible en cas de question.
Le docteur acar que je n’ai vu que 5 minutes était également avenant.
Les transferts aeroport et hotel-clinique etaient ponctuels.
Petits points à améliorer : préciser plus lisiblement que si on paye par carte le jour J il y a une commission de 15%
Le traitement à faire ensuite contre la chute de cheveux dure 1 an mais ne nous ai donné que 2 mois, pour la suite il faut payer en plus via un abonnement annuel ou un one shoot.
J’ai eu 2 jours d’intervention et 2 équipes différentes : une a été très bien, l’autre avait plus de mal à doser l'anesthésie et l’implantation à été plus pénible vers la fin.
En résumé : très bonne prise en charge malgré quelques points d'amélioration.

From start to finish, my experience with Cosmedica was fantastic. I did extensive research before choosing a clinic, and ultimately felt the most comfortable with Cosmedica, they absolutely delivered.

Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The facility was very clean, the staff was professional, and every step felt organized and well executed. The procedure itself was handled with confidence and precision, there was never a moment that felt uncertain.

I am posting this review to share my experience following a hair transplant performed at this clinic, as well as the difficulties I encountered afterward when trying to obtain proper follow-up.

First, I would like to clarify that the doctor himself seemed professional during our exchanges. The diagnosis was clear and the approach reassuring. However, with hindsight, I feel that the success of the procedure depends heavily on the pair of technicians who actually perform the transplant, and this is where things seem much more questionable in my case.

During the procedure, several elements made me uncomfortable. There was notably a fly in the room during the operation, which is hardly reassuring for a medical procedure. Another unexpected event occurred when an object fell during the intervention. This may not be serious in itself, but in this context, it does not inspire much confidence regarding the overall rigor of the procedure.

After healing, I noticed several visible irregularities: gaps on the side of my scalp, as well as a noticeable hole on the upper left part of my head. These areas clearly give the impression that implants are missing. I also observed that a graft initially planned by the doctor, particularly near the crown/whorl area, appears to have been forgotten. Overall, the result looks uneven and does not match what had originally been discussed.

Following these observations, I contacted the clinic to file a complaint. I received no response for approximately six months. I followed up again, and still received no reply for roughly three additional months. It was only after these multiple attempts that I finally received a response, which did not really address the issues raised.

The reply mainly advised me to consult a dermatologist. This suggestion surprised me, as the problems reported concern areas with missing implants following the transplant. A dermatologist obviously cannot fill gaps caused by missing grafts. I was expecting instead an evaluation of the result, or at the very least a discussion regarding a refund so I could correct the issues elsewhere.

From a patient follow-up standpoint, I find this problematic: very long response times (nearly nine months in total), no precise answer regarding the defects observed, and no concrete proposal for a solution. For a cosmetic procedure with a direct and long-term impact, this lack of follow-up is difficult to understand.

In summary:

presence of a fly in the room during the procedure (hygiene concern)
an object fell on the operating tray during the intervention
several visible gaps after healing (side + upper left), apparent omission of a planned graft near the crown
no response for 6 months after complaint, follow-up unanswered for 3 additional months
final response advising a dermatologist without addressing the issue
no real follow-up and no proposal for correction

Once again, the doctor seemed serious and professional, but I genuinely feel that the outcome largely depends on the team performing the transplant. In my case, both the experience and the follow-up unfortunately did not meet the expectations for this type of procedure costing several thousand euros.

I had a very good experience with Cosmedica for my hair transplant. From the moment I was contacted by customer service through WhatsApp to the last moment at the clinic they've proved themselves knowledge, helpful and very professional. Transfers between airport, hotel and clinics were well-organized and punctual. The procedure itself lasted about 10 hours, but I was able to get several breaks to use the bathroom and other necessities. I was offered breakfast and dinner before and after the operation, making the day less stressful and more enjoyable. The waiting times at the clinics were acceptable. Everyone at Cosmedica speaks good English but the presence of a translator made communication easier and more efficient, especially during the consultation and explanation of product usage. The only thing to keep in mind is that the price on the initial quotation might not be the final price as the consultation with Dr Acar and his collaborators could reveal the need for a different approach, but again I had been warned of this. Overall a great and recommended experience, I'd recommend Cosmedica to anyone who is interested in a hair transplant.

It is only a 5 star because of my US consultant Lukasz! He has been so much help before, throughout, and after the procedure! If it was not for him I would be lost. Procedure was painful I had 6,300 grafts done in two days. The technicians did not really care about pain, they got more irritated than anything when I mentioned it. The aftercare team will stop responding after one week, they would get a 0 start. But as said in the beginning, my consultant has been helping me with everything.

Great clinic, worth paying a bit more for quality, the owner personally designs you’re hair, I came out with 6500 grafts, very happy with the aftercare products and services, I stayed in the hospital option which works out well. I compared it to many other clinics and this once topped them. Please remember if your coming from USA which a lot do, remember its a different language barrier so you can’t expect them to bend over backwoods and put you first.

I recently returned to Cosmedica for a Regenera Activa treatment and once again, they exceeded all expectations. Had a great overall experience. Booking was simple, I reached out and spoke to someone via WhatsApp, sent pictures, and was given an estimate. Upon my approval documents were sent for me to sign then I sent deposit.

I flew out to Turkey and was picked up at the airport and transported to the hotel. The process was easy, communication was consistent, price was lower than expected, pain was tolerable.

Overall experience was great.

Several aspects felt disorganized, and transparency regarding optional services was insufficient.

The lack of clear communication and structure led to a disappointing overall experience.
