Address problem
I hadn’t received my necklace for some weeks. When I was asked to submit a review I replied that I couldn’t give a review due to the fact that it hadn’t arrived. Apparently the necklace had been returned due to the fact that the address was incomplete. I hadn’t been informed of this. However when the mistake was corrected I received the necklace very promptly. I would have liked to have been informed that the necklace had been returned.
