Appalling quality for a ring costing…
Appalling quality for a ring costing nearly £100. It tarnished extremely quickly and even left marks on my skin, something I’ve never experienced before, even with much cheaper silver rings like Pandora.
This was a sentimental gift, which makes it even more upsetting that it’s now completely unwearable. I raised the issue and was simply told to use a silver polishing cloth, which I had already tried with no improvement.
To make matters worse, my request to return it was denied. Poor product and even worse customer service. Avoid.

I’m really sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve been, especially given the sentimental meaning behind the ring. I completely understand how upsetting that must feel.
Your ring was purchased at the beginning of January, and over a period of around four months, tarnishing of sterling silver can naturally occur. This is a normal process and can vary greatly depending on the individual. Factors such as skin chemistry, as well as frequent contact with water, handwashing, sanitiser, skincare products, and everyday environmental exposure, can all accelerate tarnishing (particularly for rings, which are worn daily and exposed more than other jewellery).
The blue/grey marks you’ve described can also happen as a natural reaction between the metal and some skin PH types, and are not uncommon but is harmless and is part of the metals natural protection and easily restored.
We did advise that this can be restored with a silver polishing cloth, which is standard care for sterling silver jewellery and helps bring back its original shine. Regular maintenance is especially important for rings due to how much they come into contact with throughout the day.
As this falls within normal wear and care for sterling silver over time, rather than a manufacturing fault, we were unable to accept a return on this occasion. However, I’m always very happy to help further with care advice if needed. We can also discuss options for a professional clean, should you like it.

Well done! a quick delivery and the quality is gorgeous. I lost my original Isla ring on a recent trip, after 9 years of owning it and really missed it. I bought the original from a stockist in Falmouth. I was delighted to see something very similar on the Wolf & Badger website so went to the source, the Isla Silver web shop. I found a beautiful substitute and it came within three days. I'm thrilled with it. I've ordered again, a Spinner ring. Im waiting with anticipation.

Business is not operating in line with the Consumer Law Act 2015
I received the organic sterling silver stacking rings in reasonable time but two of them were damaged - visibly and to the touch. I asked how to return the rings for a refund (within 24 hours of receipt) and was told to take them to the post office, which I duly did, and paid for the post myself. They were sent back a couple of days after they arrived. I received a refund notification several days later but Isla Silver deducted several pounds. On checking their website, it says "As a small indie business, we’re not able to cover postage costs on standard returns (when there’s no fault with the item). This means we’ll need to deduct the original postage fee from your refund".
So basically they've scammed me, as firstly I paid for the return, and secondly the rings were damaged. Which goes against the Consumer Law Act 2015.
I'll stick with buying all my jewellery from a reputable family business in the Midlands going forward.

We take product quality concerns and our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 very seriously. After receiving the returned rings, they were carefully inspected and unfortunately no manufacturing fault or damage was identified. For this reason, the return was processed as a standard return rather than a faulty item return.
As outlined in our returns policy (which is available on our website prior to purchase), original delivery charges are only refunded where an item is confirmed as faulty, incorrect or not as described. If a fault had been identified, we would of course have refunded both the original delivery cost and your return postage in full.
All returns are assessed carefully and consistently and we would never knowingly send damaged items. If you feel the item requires a further review, we would be happy to look into this again if you contact us directly.

Topaz and pearl siler drop earrings.
Ordered some Topaz and Pearl Silver drop earrings for a friends birthday present. Was so pleased with them when they arrived. They were beautiful, great quality and my friend loved them.

Peridot & amethyst ring
Prompt delivery and a beautiful design. Very pleased with this peridot & amethyst ring.
However, would just advise that the size comes up small- I ordered in my usual ring size, but this ring was a lot smaller. Still love it though- just have to wear it on my little finger instead!

Very beautiful bracelet
Very beautiful bracelet. The selection offered on their website is sublime; I was nearly drooling and it took me three days to choose one. It arrived within 2 days and is exactly what I’d hoped. I will wear it a lot. It is very pretty but substantial enough to wear throughout the day.
