Ordered 4 scooters as gifts. Only 3 came in the first shipment which caused me to worry (although delivery was really fast) but I reached out to customer service who were super helpful and the final scooter arrived next business day. Product looks great quality. Shame we cant use until christmas.

One of the best companies who make scooters out there, actually the best, shipping is up to 6 days tops, the scooters are fast, affordable and not to mention their beauty. And the customer support is the most active ive ever seen.

I own the iX5S and it is durable and powerful, I use it dayly to go work.
And it has a great suspension.

Scooter did not come unlocked, so they arrive locked at 25km/hour. It was an easy fix to unlock to 40km/hour! These scooters can not be locked so anyone can start it! Best to order a security lock for them.

We bought two scooters our sons. They are very well made and fast enough that the adults ride them as well. Love the safety controls for kids. Highly recommend

What made my experience great was how quickly and understanding the customer service was. Once I explained what the issue was the customer service team was amazing , they had the corrected part shipped and on its way to me before I even had the chance to read the email telling me they were shipping it . My grandson saved up his money and wanted an off road scooter. After much research he chose the iScooter and loves it! We had an issue with the rear brake lever however reaching out to customer service was easy and they were very quick to help us and send the part that we needed, would definitely recommend this scooter company to others!

my scooter got a flat tire and they sent me a new wheel and all after I couldn’t get it fixed , hooking up new wires and bolting it back on is a hell of a lot easier than changing a tube!
