Quality item but there was a mistake with the postcode. This was not ID's fault but that of their supplier. Resolved by ID and delivery was completed.

Apologies for not having your particular item in stock. We work with some 30+ suppliers. Some provide live interfaces to their available stock, but some do not. This makes it impossible for us to provide a consistent "live" view on stock on our website, so we rely on regular batch updates.
We check every order as soon as we receive it to check the stock, and to look for alternative suppliers if it is unavailable.
If we cannot source the item from our own stock or any of our supplier contacts we make the customer aware of the situation, and offer a full refund.

Occasionally when we ship direct from our suppliers it is possible that the product shows as being in stock when the order is placed, but is no longer available when we try to trigger the dispatch.
