Product received in good time and seems fine. Delivery, by DX was well executed. Why only 4 stars and not 5? Simple, while the order was acknowledged there was no confirmation of dispatch. It wasn’t until DX confirmed their part that I knew that the order had been dispatched. Small point perhaps however when you have paid for something and are awaiting it, progress reports are appreciated.Nearly 5 stars

Dear Rajinder, We are sorry that we were unable to meet your Next Day delivery requirement. The primary reason for this was that your order did not actually come through to us until 15:14, which is after our cut-off time of 15:00. I have sent a screenshot confirming this direct to your email. We contacted Dorma, who confirmed that your door closer would be delivered on Friday.
Our Sales administrator, Sarah relayed this directly to you, and we also offered to refund your delivery charge. My understanding is that you were happy with this arrangement.
We apologise again that we were not able to meet your delivery requirements on this occasion.
