Long story short. The beginning of June, 2026 I ordered from their store in Paris, Disneyland two SILVER eye artworks of the eyes of my daughters with one SILVER chain. They sent me two SILVER eye artworks with GOLDEN chain. Everything costed 388 €. I was so enthusiastic to have the eyes of my children on a necklace and was dissapointed that I got GOLDEN chain. I explicitly explained couple of times that ALL should be in SILVER. Half month now I have only two replys to send a photo of the mistaken order and NO REPLY. I need to wait a WEEK to get a transcript answer and after I reply again more than e WEEK. I told them that I will write to the European Consumer Center and NO REPLY. Awful customer of service! This is the worst customer of service I’ve experienced so far. I am still waiting a reply and solution.

This is a very cool idea, cool place, and very helpful lady who worked here. Super happy

Worst product I ever bought
The quality is terrible, these are like Timeshare Sales people of the 80’s and 90’s
This is a real scam service

Avoid the glitzy sales pitch and the plush stores the product you will get does not reflect the price or the promise given
Scammers and Grifters they are
I don’t do bad reviews but people have to know to avoid these stores which are popping up in cities around Europe
They should be closed down

Very Kinde staff and totally worth trying

Michele was incredible in Lucca. Very informative and gave us a wonderful experience. We are blown away by the business idea. If only we weren't back packing we would have purchased a piece there and then! Xx

I've had beautiful experience inside the shop in Lisbon. It was amazing! André was kind and lovely. But after the sell, I tried to reach them, and it was difficult, what makes me feel insecure about my purchase. But after all, they finally contacted me to apologise, and my pendants arrived here safe and sound. I was also worried about extra costs post, because nobody said anything about UK taxes in goods sent from Europe. Hope it is all fine.

Mi sono imbattuta nel sito di Iris Galerie mentre cercavo un regalo originale e mi è piaciuta immediatamente l'idea, davvero particolare e unica nel suo genere! Anche il destinatario, sia pur coinvolto nella realizzazione, ne è rimasto meravigliato e poi estasiato. Mi sono rivolta presso la sede di Treviso e ho conosciuto Greta, fantastica già dal primo contatto telefonico. Mi ha seguita passo passo e poiché il destinatario, che arrivava in aereo, ha avuto oltre un'ora di ritardo, lei ha tenuto aperto lo studio fotografico fuori orario apposta per noi!! Ho avuto purtroppo anche un disguido con la carta di pagamento e lei, con molta calma e pazienza, incurante dei minuti che passavano oltre la chiusura, ha trovato la soluzione e tutto è andato a buon fine! Mi ha seguito contattandomi anche per la spedizione del prodotto, assicurandosi che fosse arrivato in perfette condizioni. Un eccellente servizio. Il prodotto, in acrilico 40x40, garantito per 3 generazioni, è strepitoso, tanto che sia i miei genitori che io con la mia famiglia replicheremo l'esperienza: le nostre iridi, lo specchio dell'anima, vinceranno il tempo... Very disappointing customer experience with Iris Galerie.

I purchased an iris artwork in Hong Kong in April. The artwork arrived damaged. Iris Galerie acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to send a replacement.
The replacement took an extremely long time to arrive.
Now, despite admitting that the original shipment was damaged through no fault of my own, Iris Galerie expects me to pay customs duties and import charges on the replacement shipment.
This is not a new purchase. This is a replacement for a damaged product.
Iris Galerie should deal directly with FedEx and pay these charges themselves. I should not be expected to advance money, spend time dealing with customs paperwork, or chase reimbursement for a problem that was entirely caused by Iris Galerie.
What a waste of time for everyone involved.
The principle is simple: when a company makes a mistake and ships a damaged product, the customer should not bear any additional costs or administrative burden to receive the replacement.
This is simply unacceptable.

Very friendly and polite assistants!
And it’s lovely that you can just take a picture of your eye and then decide what you want to order because they deliver their products worldwide!

Really friendly and knowledgable staff. Was a great experience to see our eyes in such detail. Highly reccomend giving it a try.

Så uprofessionel service. Jeg fik ikke min aftalte rabat på 330 kr (15%), henvender mig og får besked fra “manager - Andrea Gantzler”, at jeg kan få 105 kr (kontant) og så er sagen lukket. Det giver ikke mening.

Vi fik en fin behandling af bemandingen i butikken på Strøget - og vores fotoramme kom da også forholdsvis hurtigt. Men dertil sluttede også alt det gode.
Dårlig kvalitet af foto (lav dpi) som om de vitterlig bare har forstørret billedet uden nogen behandling, vores iris havde lilla omrids - hvilket er en komplet umulig øjenfarve at have. Og at både min mand jeg skulle have det er 10000% usandsynligt. Desuden var en del af omrids sort så man kunne ikke ane at øjet er cirkulær. Samlet set er resultatet langt fra vores forventninger - især prisen taget i betragtning.
Vi kontaktede Iris Galerie som oprettede en sag d. 27. april, og her 3 uger senere er kontrol-teamet hos Iris Galerie stadig igang med at vurdere hvorvidt der er et problem. Da øjefarven er umulig, burde dette ikke være så svært at vurdere!!

Vi er utrolig skuffet. Vi havde glædet os til at få vores store ramme med iris, og blev istedet slemt skuffet over hvor dårligt det hele egentlig var.

Opdatering:
De kunne godt se, at der var fejl på det oprindelige foto. Så de sendte en ny, men det nye havde samme problem, hvorfor vi blev bedt om at møde op igen i butikken og få taget nye fotos som det kunne laves ud fra. Det gjorde vi, og vi så bearbejdningen på skærmen og der blev fortalt, at det nu ville ligne det på skærmen. Idag d. 3/7 modtog vi det nye foto, og store dele af fotoet er nu lilla. Så ja…. Ved ikke hvad jeg skal sige mere.
Men kundeservice har været rigtig flinke og håndteret situationen fint. Bare ærgerligt at produktet ikke lever op til forventningerne eller kvalitet.

While exploring Madrid, my friend Fredrik and I popped into this place out of curiosity. It turned out to be such an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Imara and Laura were incredibly helpful and informative. The different types of artwork available using your own eyes is extremely fascinating and they both made everything so interesting.
Definitely recommend a visit!

What an amazing experience with Danecée, she was so sweet from the beginning until the end, she brought me and my friend to take a free picture of our eyes and took the time to show us all the options we had and then offered some coffee and good music! Such a cool concept and store! -Colmar, France
