Their Level 3 report was detailed, clear, and instrumental in helping us negotiate a better purchase price. It highlighted key issues we wouldn’t have spotted ourselves, and gave us the confidence to push for a fairer deal. The report arrived within the promised 5–7 day timeframe too. Couldn’t recommend them enough – professional, thorough, and absolutely worth it.

Level 3 Survey
Level 3 Survey - Generally very good value and thorough report. I emailed a number of times to specify certain items for extra attention and highlight areas of slight concern, these were reported on in good depth. The only criticism and improvement I feel could enhance the service for the buyer is a direct call from the surveyor prior to date of survey to discuss any areas of specific note or concern, this would ensure complete coverage and piece of mind for the buyer. Report was received on 7th working day after, I did call in the afternoon to check it was being sent and was told it was in QA. I have no negative concerns and would recommend IQS for quality & value. Thank you

Really happy with the level 2 survey IQS carried out. The report was thorough and we received it under a week after the survey was conducted. I would definitely recommend this company.

Poor level 3 survey + (missing) drone
Paid for a level 3 survey plus a drone survey. The survey was nearly a week late being received (should have been Friday at the latest, was late Tuesday when received - 2 weeks after the survey was done) and, when it was, the content was very light and actually didn’t help understand much about the condition of the house. It felt rushed, didn’t do some of the elements it was supposed to and lacked professionalism. The drone survey is still missing and, rather than doing it, they can’t be bothered so have offered to refund that element (I have not had a refund to confirm). This organisation lacks any form of quality so I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you need peace of mind on a house purchase. They state to contact them to discuss but all they do is say they will chase or they will speak to someone else but I never got any kind of update and had to continually call and chase

Had a great experience with IQS from booking through to receiving my report. Lucas was really helpful when I had questions and they allow you to speak to the surveyor after receiving your report. I received my report within a few days of the survey taking place which allowed us to review it in plenty of time before our move. Great service throughout!

Approach this crowd for a level 3 building survey, what we received was extremely high quality. Couldn’t recommend enough. The staff were ever so helpful and provided sound advice for the next steps forward. You won’t find a chartered outfit as competitive.

Shocking service after payment made
This appears to be an ongoing problem. Taking in the work and then unable to work to their service level agreement. Due to the delay from Linden I am going to lose the property I wanted. As in his words ‘he was behind on his paperwork’. Should not of taken this work in or alternatively discussed this so I could manage my sellers expectation. I will be contacting the RCIS governing body for a full refund.

No complaints with my experience with IQS will be using them again in the future, booked a level 2 survey and detailed report was received back quickly. Definitely recommend.

This is the second time I have used IQS to complete my survey, this time for a buy to let I’m investing in. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Once I had accepted the terms and paid for the survey it was booked in within 48hrs and I had the survey back to me within 5days. I was very pleased with the Level 3 report and drone inspection of the roof which highlighted issues I would never have foreseen. Also included in the price was a call from qualified surveyor who discussed the report at length with me. I would not hesitate in recommending these Surveyors. Excellent service.

Not sure where to begin telling you…
Not sure where to begin telling you about the abysmal service I received from the IQS team and their surveyor Neil Evans.
I was informed that my survey ( that I had paid for up front) wouldn't be ready on time due to Neil being. " behind on his paperwork" I request a different surveyor carry out the survey as this didn't fit in with my requirement or what was promised on IQS website.
This request was not acknowledged and the survey arrived even later than I was advised.
Thoroughly unprofessional didn't reply to my email or return my phone calls

I wouldn’t hesitate to use IQS again in the future, I needed a level 3 survey. The booking process was straightforward and a fast turnaround getting the report back.

Delay after delay
A delay taking payment, a delay on the survey date, a broken promise that I would still have the report when it had originally been due. A week after the survey happened, and a full month after I tried first to book the survey, I still don't have my report. Avoid if you want a prompt service!!
