The survey report detailed and comprehensive
The survey was carried out quickly and the report was only a few days after survey.
The report was comprehensive and gave details of the condition of the property and what needed to be done to improve it with the relavent degree of severity identified. It was the most comprehensive survey report my wife and I have seen.

Had a level 3 home survey from IQS
Had a level 3 home survey from IQS. Survey was booked quickly and the report turn around time was very good also. Quality of the report was excellent with nothing needing further explanation everything was laid out clearly and able for the lay person to understand.

Fantastic service and value
I appointed IQS after speaking with them on the phone about time lines. Really helpful staff and they were able to book the survey in for us in the time we needed. The booking service online was really good and easy to use. I received the report after 5 working days and we are really impressed at how thorough and detailed the survey is. We chose a Level 2 survey for an older home.
We chose a Level 2 survey for an older house. We already knew we had some problems to fix, so our survey choice was intended more as a safety back up than anything else. As it turned out, we were glad we made that choice. Our surveyor backed up what we knew, as well as giving us details of issues we had not spotted.
He was also able to give us very helpful hints and guidance over the phone and we were able to renegotiate our purchase price.
This company was helpful and easy to contact. We would recommend them.

All round good experience
All arranged and booked via Homemove - they contacted the estate agent directly for access so I didn't have to do anything. Survey completed and report back the following week. Very detailed and informative. Good communication all round.

Although I initially booked a Level 3 survey, it was suggested that a level 2 survey report would suit my needs better, as it was a ground floor flat - not a house. The survey completed and returned to me within the given timeframe. It was easy to understand and comprehensive. Suggestions for any next step were given. Would definitely recommend.

Survey at a realistic price
I booked IQS for a level 2 survey on a new property. (Zak) Service was carried out one week later, the report came 6 days later, very detailed. Good communication with IQS in answering the phone and with Zak ringing to let me know when he was visiting the house. I would use again if needed.

Overall a really pleasant experience. We ordered a level 2 survey on our house, it was completed within a week and our report was very detailed. The surveyor was very attentive to details and this has made it easy for us to understand what repairs are required prior to exchanging contracts!

Very easy to deal with and arrange my survey. The house I was purchasing was empty and I was relying on the seller’s friend to let the surveyor in. The company made this very easy to arrange because they liaised directly with the estate agent.
A comprehensive report was given to me about the property and I was given the opportunity to discuss my survey result if I wished to do so.
I recommend this company.
The survey was also reasonably priced.

I’ve booked level 2 survey and I must say I’m very pleased. At the time of survey, the property was HMO but they find the quick way to access the property and carry out the inspection.
I’ve found out lots of important details which definitely helped me to make a final decision about purchasing.
