Brilliant surveyors, quick to organise the survey then it took around a week for the survey to come back. Extremely comprehensive with lots of information on. Great work!

Really impressed by the service provided by IQS: clear communication; quick scheduling of our survey directly with our estate agents; survey provided in the timeframe agreed without needing to chase, and a through and useful survey that has informed our purchase. I hope not to have to conduct a survey again for many years, but if and when I do I will definitely opt to use IQS again.

Had a Level2 survey done. Very easy to arrange & they even spoke with estate agents to gain access to the property. Would use again if needed & recommend.

I recently had a Level 2 survey carried out on a property and was very impressed with the level of detail and professionalism throughout the report.

The survey was extremely thorough and highlighted all key areas clearly, including structural concerns, roof condition, and potential damp issues. It gave me a much better understanding of the property and helped me make an informed decision before proceeding.

I particularly appreciated how clearly everything was explained, making it easy to understand even without a technical background. The attention to detail and honest assessment were very reassuring.

I had a level 3 survey with IQS. As a first time buyer I was a bit nervous about the process but it was so straightforward. They kept me up to date with when the survey was booked and when I was likely to receive the report. The report was very thorough, clearly explained and with some very useful recommendations.

I have now used IQS on 2 occasions and have reccomended them to others.
Very reasonably priced, efficient and thorough. This will be my choice for any further surveys in the future.

Finley, Lucas and Will in the bookings team answered all my questions and promptly booked in and kept me up to date with my Level 3 survey request. Neil the surveyor was lovely and patient on the phone when he contacted me after the survey highlighting a few areas of concern of which saved me £10k in roof and chimney repairs. Highly recommend their services and also recommend paying the extra bolt on for the Drone survey as these issues would likely not have been found without. Thanks guys! :)

We decided to have a Level 3 Survey as we were buying a 95 year old house. The survey was very comprehensive @ 83 pages long and gave us a very detailed report into the condition of the house including what work needed immediate attention and work which needed attention short to mid term with estimated costs for all the works. The report contained numerous photographs highlighting the issues with the property. The survey enabled us to negotiate a further £10,000 off the price of the property which paid for the survey costs many times over. I would recommend IQS for their professional service and comprehensive survey report.

Searching for the right company to do a survey as a first time buyer felt like navigating a mase, filled with varying prices for more or less the same thing. So many companies gave a lack of clarity on what was covered and what to expect, however, that was not the case with IQS and that's why we went for them. We went for a level 3 survey with a drone survey attached and not only was it super affordable, but well worth the money due to the level of detail which has allowed us to plan our next steps clearly, prioritise our spending and allow us to carefully consider our next steps in the purchasing of the property.

Neil who did our survey for the property we are purchasing in Brighton was amazing. He prioritised our queries of concern, calling us straight after the survey to discuss them over the phone before we even received the report. Then after delivering a detailed survey, he offered his time after hours, to suit my working hours, to go through the report over the phone with me, explaining in greater detail what he witnessed, what he recommends we prioritise and how we can think about next steps.

Overall we would 100% recommend IQS, particularly Neil if you are looking in the Sussex area, and have already done so with some friends who took our word straight away and booked IQS for theirs. Whilst booking through a nationally wide company did make us worry we weren't going to get that personal touch, that worry was put to bed straight away. Affordable, Efficient and Incredibly Friendly and Informative Throughout!

We used IQS twice and had Zak as our surveyor. They were fantastic and booked the survey in very quickly. Report was extremely detailed and Zak went through it with me on the phone both times. Can’t recommend enough!

IQS provided a very detailed RIC 2 survey on our new property. The survey was easy to arrange, communication was great and we are really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I conducted IQS to complete the survey on the house I am buying, they were professional over the phone and booked it in quickly. One thing I found especially beneficial is that they arrange access themselves, liaising with the agents/ vendors. I received my report a few days later and it identified major issues with the roof and chimney, this then allowed me to renegotiate a price and brought it down £30,000. I would definitely use them again.
