YOU HAVE TO USE THE APP!!

I’ve been an ipsy customer for about 10 years now. When i first signed up I had to be on a waiting list! You HAVE to use the app to get the full ipsy experience. Alot of people i know that had Ipsy for a little while and cancelled weren’t using it and didn’t know you can pick your products and order other things at massive discount! And no, i don’t work for Ipsy! The price is good for what you get so long as you’re using the app and reviewing your products! If you dont like bright red lipstick then you can go under that product and hit the “not for me” response.
In my experience customer service has been top notch! Ive had a few hiccups over the years and each time they were resolved quickly. AGAIN using the app. Actually this month i didn’t receive an item I ordered, I received something different, I let ipsy know and within a few hours I received an email apologizing and letting me know that the correct item was being shipped, and it has been shipped already.
I have received the same type of item back to back which was kind of annoying especially if you don’t use that product aka setting spray 3 months in a row. But thats my only complaint. My ipsy bag seems pretty darn tailored to me at this point! I recommend to all my friends.

Elizabeth! If you choose to upgrade your Glam Bag subscription (for example, to BoxvCharm or Icon Box), vou will be billed for the upgraded subscription on the next billing date, not immediately. IPSY subscriptions renew and bill by the last business day of each month, so any changes you make before the 25th at 11:59 PM PT will take effect for the following month's order and billing cycle

Two months in a row my box was never…

Two months in a row my box was never shipped. Customer service makes me wait an entire month after it gets lost to “see if it shows up” and won’t give a refund. My ticket was still open and they decided to send me this survey so here we are. I filed a charge back and reported them to the Better Business Bureau

I didn't receive 1 out of 3 boxes so they resent the entire order, all 3 boxes. It was very prompt too! I love the products so happy with how my money was spent

I never received my package and there…

I never received my package and there is NO customer service phone number to speak with anyone and NO email, just a “chat bot”. I messaged the chat bot with no response as to where my package is

I didn’t receive my September bag at…

I didn’t receive my September bag at all and my October bag came with 5 products but no bag! I received 3 lotions, so there was no variety. I’ve contacted customer service 2 times and had to communicate with a “bot”…. My issue still not resolved and I’m thinking about canceling.

The prices is the main thing bringing…

The prices is the main thing bringing me back to Ipsy. I've been able to dive into some expensive brands that I otherwise wouldn't be purchasing at face value. I also really love the klarna payment option.

My negatives are: Not having continuous availability of favorite items. Some products disappear just as fast as they appear, and never come back.
Secondly, your beauty quiz never adhered to my choices. I stopped using the monthly bag subscription because I was getting repeat products of my least favorite choices.

i won’t be ordering again.

i had ordered my package from july. it was weeks past the delivery date and i requested a replacement package. when i finally received my replacement package it was september, and it only had ONE of the 5 products. i requested another package but they aren’t answering. this is so frustrating considering i’ve waited months for a package that i only got 1 product. This was $30 canadian.

Disappointed with product arrival

I’ve received this subscription as a birthday gift from my brother for the past 4 YEARS. Multiple instances in which I’ve experienced problems with the way the products arrive. How is this not something that’s being looked over before shipping the box out to the customer? I have picture proof of how the last box I received arrived & I was so disappointed ESPECIALLY after my brother had just paid for another full year. I want more than just a REPLACEMENT for the product. Accommodating better in terms of I’m sorry for the inconvenience & offer something else as well. It’s discouraging & disappointing especially after the price was raised. This is supposed to be my birthday month box & it was very underwhelming & just shocked to see the box opened, missing a piece of the box packaging & the product look used already. But the box being sealed? I don’t understand. I’m a certified makeup artist & I look forward to these products to add to my collection & kit.

I can't tell you about the products

I can't tell you about the products. I never received any of the orders. We stopped payment hoping that we can get our products. 1&2 month were never received. I was given the subscription was a gift. And to find out it was sent to a unit that doesn't exist you would think the product was returned, to lose around a hundred dollars for nothing doesn't sit right. I wish I was abl0 jo b

En lugar de resolver mi problema o de plano decirme "No podemos" me bloquearon de instagram, me ignoran en Facebook y cierran mis casos creados por correo sin darme solucion a nada. Lástima porque es un gran producto pero servicio a cliente prefiere violentar ignorándome en vez de resolver

Ipsy isn’t the same

I used Ipsy a few years ago and loved everything about the experience including the goodie box as i call it. This time when i signed up it was a chaotic mess. I moved three months ago i changed my address with Ipsy. When i ordered it never came. I checked after not receiving my box and found it went to my old address. When Ipsy did replace the box it was four small items tossed in the box. No paper, no packing material.. i paid for two different boxes the next delivery and never received them but was billed. After calling Ipsy i was so frustrated i cried. Finally i told them to cancel my subscription but please refund me for the 2nd & 3rd box. As of this date i have not received a,box or a refund. Sorely disappointed. I loved Ipsy.

I really enjoyed boxycharm before it…

I really enjoyed boxycharm before it was acquired by ipsy. The quality of product was better, they were actual full sized products. I cancelled my subscription a few years ago due to accumulating way too much product. I decided to sign back up recently with the incentive of a free product. The email didn't state I needed to contact ipsy to get the item so I did so. They said it would be in my next box, however, it still wasn't. One of the pallets that came in that box was broken as well so I reached out to ipsy again. Customer service is friendly and fast but there still should be an actual number to call. After this issue is fixed I will be cancelling my subscription for good this time.

Never got my order and very difficult to contact anyone when…

Very difficult to contact anyone when there is an issue. They quickly took my money but never sent me my glam bag or box. They keep saying it's being sent but am beginning to think this is a scam like so many other "monthly boxes, gifts, whatever" deals. Oh and they have a no refund policy which should have been a red flag. Reputable companies always offer refunds. Don't waste your time or money.

In my first several Ipsy boxes i…

In my first several Ipsy boxes i received cosmetic bags, it was fun and exciting because I have 2 daughters and we all enjoyed getting the bags. In my last two boxes I have not received the cosmetic bags and when I inquired about them, I was told to provide Ipsy with the info on the offer ??? It was not an offer it was just included in the box. So I’m disappointed that i am no longer receiving the makeup bags, but more disappointed in the response from the company itself.

Think Twice – It’s Not What They Promise

I deeply regret subscribing to BoxyCharm by IPSY. I paid $36 and received a box full of products I clearly said I don’t use. In my Beauty Quiz, I marked makeup items like lipstick and blush as “rare,” and I avoided strong scents because of migraines — yet my box included multiple makeup products and a heavily scented pumpkin item I cannot use at all.

To make it worse, IPSY promised I would be able to choose 3 out of 5 items, but that email never arrived. I checked my inbox and spam daily. Instead, they sent the box with random items as if my preferences didn’t exist.

This doesn’t feel personalized or premium — it feels careless and misleading. The products I received looked like leftover clearance items, nothing close to the quality they advertise.

I trusted IPSY despite negative reviews, but now I understand why so many customers are disappointed. If you value your money and your preferences, “think twice before subscribing.”
