Free Fusion LTD Anmeldelser

Both my husband and I have Apple 6 phones and, although old, still serve us very well. The batteries weren't holding a charge. My husband did his research and found Free Fusion. Rather than send the phones away we decided to visit. Angela couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We were both so pleased that batteries for this model were still available; it has given them a new lease of life. I also had the screen on my phone replaced and what a difference it has made. Before you visit, I would recommend a quick call to make sure your phone can be repaired. While you are waiting make sure to pay a visit to the Green Bean Cafe. All in all a lovely day out.

Yet another positive experience!
I have been using FreeFusion for years with my family. As a family of 6, with 3 teenagers and a younger child, we have had many mishaps with the phones in our household!
FreeFusion has always been fast and reliable. Every-time has been a same day fix which is excellent for our impatient teenagers!
Angela and her team are always so welcoming and polite too!
Thanks again!

Brilliant friendly staff with a quick turn around time would reccommend everytime!

Good serice and communication - thank you

Great customer service, excellent response time and great value, if something is happening with your phone bring it/ send it to free fusion and they sort it out

I smashed my iPhone 13 Pro on both sides, front and back. I found an offer on google and contacted the company to ask about repair. I gave it for repair and they did it the same day. The phone looks like new. I am very pleased, great communication in real-time, great quality. I highly recommend it

Ease of use and cheap of price. Quality repair and service.

Very helpful explanation of what they could offer. Completed on time and courteous throughout. Thank you

Excellent helpful staff and great service at a very good price. My phone issue was dealt with quickly and no fuss. Dog friendly too so winning all the way.

My daughter dropped my IPhone14 pro max resulting in a smashed screen and back cover. Found online this company as had great reviews so decided to send it for repair. My Iphone has been sent back in the following morning which was great as I wanted it fixed as soon as possible! Phone was fixed to an exceptional standard and works perfectly again. I would 100% use this company again and would recommend it to all my friends and family as they offer a fast, friendly and professional service and perfect communication.

The company don't repair things. Send things to the wrong address. Blame customers. Take no responsibility and send products back more damaged than when they started. A costly mistake

I was in distress because being a pensioner I rely on my mobile phone to keep in touch with my family and grandchildren. So when I took my phone that would not start up after being on charge to freefusion i was greeted by a very courteous and understanding lady whom assured me that the problem would be sorted out quickly by the staff. And true to her words the problem was solved within 24hrs and also there was a 90 day gaurantee with the fine work that was carried out on my phone. My advice to anyone with problems with their phone or tablet to go to them first before throwing the items away.

Service with a smile. Quick and good value.

Quick service, phone looks brand new so very happy

Fast, excellent service. Hassle free. Perfect replacement. Angela gave a very helpful, professional service and offer of aftercare with a 90 day warranty. Would highly recommend. 5* thank you.

I recently had my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replaced at Free Fusion Ltd in Corby, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding! The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I understood the whole process.

The screen replacement was done quickly, professionally, and the quality is top-notch. My phone looks and feels as good as new! It’s rare to find such excellent service these days, but Free Fusion Ltd has truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any phone repairs.

Thank you for the fantastic experience!

Excellent service and great TAT. The whole experience was stress-free and reassuring.
The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this place!

Fast friendly experience with very helpful staff who are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Thoroughly professional and at affordable prices. Always happy to deal with them whatever the problem.

Super fast service, have a screen repair for my iPhone SE. Had a bit of trouble with the touch screen but nothing a quick restart didn’t fix. However the work and condition of the phone is excellent.

Popped in this morning on the off chance to see if a new battery could be fitted to my iPhone X & was greeted by Angela who was very friendly & knowledgeable. Initially I was given an approximate waiting time of an hour however the engineer Simon, completed the work in around 25 minutes as I sat and waited. I have to say following my experience, I would definitely recommend Free Fusion Ltd, a brand new battery fitted with a 90 day warranty & a total cost of £35. I would have no hesitation of returning should I need any other work carried out on other devices.
