I got my iPhone 12 battery replaced and I paid for the “Battery Health Available”. My battery health is showing up but I’m continuously getting this annoying “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery” message. I called them up before sending it for repair and they didn’t tell me anything about this message.

Very impressed. I’m always a bit dubious of sending away a phone to be fixed, always expecting extra charges. But this service was excellent. Very quick and efficient. Clear communication too. Would use again.

Absolutely fantastic service. Great communication throughout.

I called in advance for advice and got a prompt and sensible answer before i sent my iPhone. Posted Monday and back with me on Wednesday! Excellent.

Highly recommend. Very friendly, approachable and professional. Blank screen diagnosed and fixed within a day at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic communication from start to finish explained all possibilities of repair and recommended the best way forward to bring my product back to “like new” looks and performance.
Friendly and polite at all times I would use again !!!
Thank you very much much Free Fusion !!!

My IPHONE screen was fixed and works well. Delivery time was👌

Excellent. The iPhone X was received and returned, fixed with a new battery and as good as new, by return of post – all for an extremely reasonable price. Top marks!

Great price for a battery replacement on my iPhone 12 mini (that shows battery health in Settings, unlike most ‘cheap’ batteries).

Slight snag that the return got lost in the post (these things happen). However Angela at Free Fusion did a great job tracking it down at their local sorting office and getting it resent.

Clear website, great service and extremely quick turnaround.

Very happy with the service offered by Free Fusion Ltd. I sent my iPhone 8 for a battery replacement to pass on to a family member. The whole process was very fast once I had posted my iPhone to the base & I soon had the phone up & running.

A service that's second to none. Exceptional customer service. Queries dealt with in a professional manner, all in all a very skilled outfit. Will certainly do business with them again.

Excellent service as always at Free Fusion! Have used them a number of times and have always been prompt and helpful!

Easy process from order to delivery. I was updated regularly and the repair was perfect. Highly recommended
