The products are bulletproof, I have had an iParcel Box for around a year now and have not had to collect a parcel since around a month after getting it. Customer service is 2nd to none, which is refreshing to say nowadays when customer service in many companies is non-existent. So quick to respond, always available and willing to help. I wrote to them to ask for their help with something, and to my surprise, I had a response within half an hour and this was out of hours!! Most companies struggle to respond in hours at that kind of speed! Can't fault their support and customer service.

I already had another product installed (iBin) but delivery drivers hate codes, and that was just introducing friction.

Already had an eye on iParcelBox and now with V2 and the battery, I couldn’t wait anymore.

I’m really happy that I did.

The bin is high quality, the app works brilliantly, the integration with cctv cameras is really well thought and the Apple Watch app is another great addition.

Support is outstanding, you can tell Paul loves his product and replies in hours (sometimes even minutes) resolving every problem and question I had.

I definitely recommend this product and I don’t see myself moving away from it.

Contacted customer support for help on a Saturday, expecting an answer on Monday - had a response within minutes and got me back up and running again there and then (note: completely my fault as I had lost my instructions) Hats off to Paul for the prompt help

This is a game changer. Living on a main road with just a small open front garden, this has provided a secure way for deliveries to be left while I am unavailable. It's also enabled me to have milk delivered every week. I leave the emptied in the box for them to be collected in the middle of the night and the fresh pints are secure til I collect them in the morning. I never miss a delivery and always have fresh milk. As for the customer service, there's not enough stars. Online chat is responded to by a human who is happy to assist with any enquiries or troubleshooting 24/7. There's really no reason not to have one

Absolutely super service. Really pleased with my iParcelBox, as it has meant I feel so much more relaxed about deliveries arriving when we are not at home. No more bothering the neighbours or hunting behind the bins! The delivery guys seem to have all caught on pretty quickly; I guess they are getting more used to them now they are more well known. I love that it's made in England and it's a small company so really easy to deal with.

Great box, easy to install via Wi-Fi and get up and running. Spacers to hold the box away from the wall were a little tricky as they kept falling off, or maybe I’m not practical. Touch of blu-tac soon sorted that out and installation was a doddle.

I’ve owned my iParcelBox for a number of years now and recently ran into an issue with it.

Having contacted Support, we worked out the issue over a couple of weeks resulting in a new locking system being delivered.

As a wheelchair use the iParcelBox is one of the best things we have installed in our household. I don't need to rush to the door for deliveries.

Easy to install and operate with your phone

When I received my box, I found the recommendation to remove the items in it matched my own ideas, which added to my confidence in it!
I then followed the install routine - and it failed, a few times but then, just as I was about to give up, succeeded.
In retrospect, it seems to have been down to two things - there was a problem with my Wi-Fi, hidden to me previously and inexperience on my part, mainly in unfamiliarity with terminology.
Having, with ready help from Paul at iparcelbox, I got it all sorted and it works fine. Even our newspaper delivery has been made to it which avoided it getting torn as it sometimes did in the letterbox. Also, unlike with another secure box I got some years ago and hardly got used, more companies are now aware of the advantages of such boxes and are even making the addition of them to their drivers’ instructions easier.
Unfortunately, those companies sometimes have peculiar ideas of size! I have recently received a drill, 405 millimetres long that would not fit in the iparcelbox. It arrived in packaging over a metre long! Happily, that is not a frequent happening and I am looking forward to most parcels being safely received without needing to stay in sight of our door!
