Product is great, instructions for fitting are pretty and it didn’t take long to install, although ever so slightly fiddly trying to hold the spacers in place whilst tightening up app the screws. I’d recommend as so far it’s worked as anticipated.

Really easy to install, good instructions, arrived quickly. Such a god send using it and keeping stuff out of the rain when you’re not home. Just takes delivery people a while to figure out how to open it as they don’t read the inspections on the box, but slowly they’re getting there the more they deliver 😂 would definitely recommend these parcel boxes to anyone.

This product is first class and without doubt one of my most treasured possessions, I have been using it for nearly 5 years now and in the modern day of shopping and buying things the iParcelbox means I never miss a delivery, its stored in the box safely and securely until I get home, flick open the app and open up the locked box to retrieve my parcels.
I get so many comments from delivery drivers saying "wish every house had one of these" and on the rare occasion there is a technical issue either wifi connection or button not working contacting tech support is a dream via the app and their response times are insane, there when you need them and on the odd occasion I have needed them their remedies are spot on in the first instance, none of the "try this then call us back" or "do this do that and see if it works" its always ok follow these steps and yoy will be fixed and back to normal.

Top product, top company, something that is very rare these days and they deserve a decent review.

Great support while commissioning my box.
This was my second box, and I had an issue linking it to my WiFi. Paul responded within minutes late on a Sunday afternoon to guide me. Seems I didn’t have Bluetooth enabled on the app so it failed to connect. Reinstalling the app revealed the issue.

A great item to make you delivery's safe when your not in and you know it's been made by getting a message from the app

No pressure to buy, had a slight problem with the box. Customer service was absolutely excellent. Issue was sorted very quickly.

Had an issue with connecting to WiFi and contacted customer service. Response was outstanding and they came out and sorted it the next day as they were unable to remedy over the phone. The issue was a software glitch at their end and was sorted within ten minutes. Delighted so far, just need the delivery folks to get used to it!

I brought the box cause I get a lot of parcels and sometimes will not leave on doorstep or behind gate and the security of that option isn’t very good. This product allows you to be happy and secure with your packages being in your box. You can also get a camera aimed at the box so you are happy that your delivery drivers are doing what you asked.
