Ash attended my property which already had a UniFi system installed but was experiencing ongoing issues. He quickly identified and fixed faulty data sockets, reprogrammed the access points, and updated the firmware. The difference was immediate — the network is now stable, fast, and working exactly as it should. Ash was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced with UniFi systems. I would highly recommend him for network troubleshooting and repairs.

I can’t fault the service Ive received and Ash in particular always goes above and beyond!!

I had brusque, even vaguely threatening-toned calls and texts after writing for Trustpilot that my experience had been unsatisfactory due to this person's hard attitude in dealing with me. This company's own operatives are aware that head office coerces reviews they seek from customers and are not always as they appear.

Excellent service and response from Wifi Heroes. From our initial enquiry, Barry was booked for a couple of days later for an assessment. He spent a couple of hours at the property and gave us clear advise for our poorly connected area. Installation was booked for just over a week later and the lads helped us get all our appliances connected & only left once we were happy. Highly recommend. These guys are super efficient and knowledgeable.

Excellent service fitting and then continuing to provide support for new 3G sim card based wifi system. Now have 80-120 mb download speeds which works vs the old BT system which got 3mb and continually dropped out!

I was a little apprehensive in placing the order for this wifi upgrade initially but after the first few days of operation it is proving to be “as promised”.We are in a rural location but now have a strong wifi signal all over the house and in the garden workshop (about 40 meters away), which was not previously the case. The 2 engineers arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and politely and when the install was complete they demonstrated the signal strength in all areas of the house and workshop. I would recommend WiFi Heroes to anybody who wants to improve the wifi in and around their house.

The engineer sent to do the job was very friendly, experienced and helpful. WiFi Heroes are not cheap but you get what you pay for. If WiFi is important to you or your business, they are a very strong choice.

Had fibre run into an external garage this week. No issues at all. Probably here two hours maximum and left with full bar WiFi in a spot that previously behaved like the edge of Alaska. Nice and polite bloke as well. Would recommend.
