Bottle paint started chipping before the first year. I waited to long to reach out to them and of course it was out of warranty. I feel the product is not of good quality and the paint chipping a healthy hazard. They dont stand behind product.
I would not buy from this company again. they are many other options with better product quality.

My bottle was defective from the second day I contacted the company they gave me excuse after excuse I needed their power charging cord, yes I used their power charging cord didn't charge,
So the bottle wouldn't charge it sat on my kitchen counter for a few months I came home it was dark and the bottle was glowing with a red light, I was dang it woke up. So I plugged in the charger and a few hours the light turned green so I filled the bottle with water so see if of would work. And water started to run out of the charging port.

I had a small defect with my bottle and reached out to customer service and received prompt attention. I really appreciated their help.
I love my new bottle! I don’t like drinking out of plastic or metal, so this is perfect. Plus, I’m really looking forward to seeing the difference that the Hydrogen makes.

The bottle is decent, shipping is excruciatingly long. Recently ordered replacement glass because I broke mine. I was sent the wrong glass twice, each time taking 3 weeks for delivery so after nearly 9 weeks I finally got the correct glass, and I am using the bottle agai.

So far so good they stand behind their product and the balance for using his products are so good

Through the email conversation, my problem is solved. This is a great company and know how to care about their customer. I like it.

I received excellent customer service from Franz at Ion Bottles. I have been using my bottle for over a year. I accidentally broke the glass insert and once I received it and screwed it in the bottle leaked. I reached out and received a quick response with helpful suggestions. However it still leaked so Ion bottles sent me a new one. I would definitely recommend this company for their products and customer service!!

Impressive customer service!! I purchased the pitcher a few years ago and when I have used it consistantly I notice feeling more energised. The pitcher holds a lot of water and is great for multiple people to use at home but Im a single person and it hasn't been convenient to stay consistant. The last time I went to use it, it didnt seem to be producing as much bubbles so I emailed customer service for advice. Even though its been years since I purchased the pitcher they offered to send me a replacement!! I opted to exchange it for the Pro bottle and Im excited to start using it daily!

Everything is great but I would like to talk with a human.

I have only recently read about the benefits of drinking Hydrogen Water, so decided to by 2 of IonBottles Pro Bottles. The company although based in Oregon USA, quickly dispatched my bottles to me and they arrived in less than a week. I did have to pay £15.00 shipping costs, but that is only to be expected and was quite reasonable I thought. I have only had the bottles a few days, so cannot tell yet what difference drinking Hydrogen water may make to my health. What I can say is that the bottles themselves, although quite expensive, are of excellent quality and their after sales customer service is exceptionally good. I would certainly not hesitate in purchasing any further products from them.

I reached out for a new/replacement Triton bottle only on a weekend and got an immediate response, it wasn't an item on their site but someone would reach out in the new week.
Indeed Franz got backed to me about getting me a replacement and it's Wednesday and the replacement order has been processed. Surprisingly quick and efficient for an item "on the shelf".
