ionbottles.com has stood by the ionbottles warranty including the immediate replacement upon notifying them I had a concern. Customer service is in par with the excellent product support!

My adult son get cyclic vomiting once or twice a year, which requires IV therapy and meditations. He’s even been hospitalized. It started about a week ago with his first episode of vomiting (he had been using the ion bottle for a couple of days at that point). I told him to immediately start using the nasal cannula, which he did several times for about 20 minutes each. Although he was still nauseous, he did not vomit and continued for the next 3 days using the nasal cannula. The vomiting typically lasts about three to four days, however, this episode never developed to the cyclic vomiting. He’s fine now. I believe it was breathing the hydrogen that saved him. Thank you.

My first pitcher was defective after some time. They looked up my order and sent me a replacement. I tried cleaning and doing as instructed, but the first one kept having a terrible after taste. Great response and communication!

This was our first experience purchasing hydrogen ion bottles and we chose Ion Bottles. We bought 2, one for myself and the other for my spouse. We were pretty enamored by them and spread the word quickly to our friends and family. I could see the benefits of reduced inflammation and my spouse's gut health has improved. After about 3 months one of the bases stopped working. It wouldn't charge.
Going through the process to get a warranty replacement was extremely frustrating. Eventually, we received our replacement. We then resumed using the bottles as we had been, and for another 4 months, they were great. That's when another base stopped working. It's the same problem as before. We didn't mark either base to know which one was the defective base. However, based on some wear and tear we assumed it was the remaining one from the original order. This time, working with customer service to replace it was much easier.
We are hoping this is the last time we will need to replace an Ion Bottle.

Support from the customer service team was exemplary. Franz clearly communicated steps of the process and followed through with each one. Difficulties were resolved within 3 business days.

This American company in Oregon makes an incredible product and the customer service is beyond amazing.

This is the second ION Bottle I have purchased. This one was for my son who has acid reflux. My first purchase has helped me in many ways… gut health has completely changed for the better.
