Lovely range of glasses
Lovely range of glasses and so many colours and styles I ended up with 3 pairs, my favourite are the green pair a bolder style than I’d normally wear but make me feel great.
Really quick delivery and sales associates were so helpful.

I broke the frame of my glasses…
I broke the frame of my glasses and Iolla moved quickly to supply a replacement in time for me to go on holiday. Great service at a good price.

A brilliant experience
Jo was so lovely and helpful! I was so unsure about what would suit me and it can be a bit overwhelming picking one pair of glasses out of so many styles. I was really happy in the end and Jo was really knowledgable. I will definitely be back in for another pair soon!

I really like my IOLLA frames
I really like my IOLLA frames; I have two pairs. I found one frame broken in my purse, so I ordered the same model again and transferred the lenses from the broken pair to the new one. As always, the staff were brilliant and incredibly helpful.
The only thing that bothered me was the turnaround time—it took a full week to get my new frame back. I’m afraid that feels rather long, considering Edinburgh and Glasgow are only about an hour’s drive apart.
Update after IOLLA replied my review: Thank you for your response.
According to my order receipt (#265349), I paid for the order on 14 November 2025 and left my frame at the Edinburgh store on the same day. From my perspective as a customer, this means the overall turnaround time was seven days.

I’ve had a look into your order, and we received your broken glasses for the lens transfer on the 18th of November. They were ready to collect in our Edinburgh showroom on the 21st of November, which means the turnaround was completed within two working days.

Made buying glasses a truly fun experience - FABULOUS unique frames, lovely helpful staff…I came home, went on line and purchased another pair! So easy! Delivered within days without any postage charge. Love them…I will buy all my glasses from them in future.
