Poor customer service do not bother with this company they refuse to offer refunds
This is there reply.

Hi Luke, it does clearly state on our website that next working day is Monday - Friday (not Saturdays & Sundays) there is also an option to pay extra to upgrade delivery to a Saturday service. On. this basis I’m very sorry but we won’t be able to offer you a refund

Go to a different site Amazon or eBay. Avoid these. All DPD said was to contact the sender and they would be able to cancel the delivery.

Next day delivery, great communication and a brilliant range to select from. My new go to for car detailing products.

Amazing car detailing services. Purchased three times now & the selection & service is always fantastic. So many first class products to choose from. Faultless from placing my order to delivery. One of the best car detailing suppliers out there.

What a fantastic company to order from, great selection, super fast delivery times and fantastic attention to "detail" :) - products arrived well packaged and really quick and the personal touch is there with follow up emails, tracking emails and extra bonus some free sweets in the box :) . Looking at the prices around I would also say the best prices or at least on par with the cheapest i could find anywhere - Fantastic experience so far :)

I ordered 2 Bilt Hamber products which meant my order qualified for free delivery making IODETAIL unbeatable on price

Not only that, my order was delivered next day by DPD so from ordering to receipt took less than 24 hours. Plus I got a free sherbet dab 😊😊

I’ll certainly use this company again!

Ordered from IO Detail several times now. Service is fantastic and always delivered the next working day. I appreciate the follow up emails and dip dab in my last order. Proper customer service, just as it should be!
