I ordered the part on Jan 8th in the…

I ordered the part on Jan 8th in the hours before business hours. I intentionally waited to make the 1 hour drive to pick the part up at 2pm in which in my mind gave them enough time to locate the part and have it available for customer pickup. When I arrived, I was notified that the part couldn't be located and I immediately asked if this was a result of an inventory mistake and how long would it take for them to figure out whether or not if them that FITPARTS actually had the part or if there was an inventory mistake. The lady immediately told me that it would take an hour to sort the issue out. I communicated that it was urgent that I received the purchased part by COB and if they could provide delivery if the part was found or an immediate refund if it wasn't found. Her only solution provided was for the part to be shipped but she couldn't guarantee an urgent delivery solution. I left the facility only to be called roughly 10 minutes later and the lady stated that the part was located. I again asked for a workable solution as the part was an urgent need and I felt that a solution catered to the customer should be provided since the inconvenience was due to their lack of workmanship. Again, no workable solution was provided. Hence, I communicated that I would again take the hour drive which included a loss of time, effort, and money for gas, which in turned was the only workable. Her only solution was to have it shipped for free with an ETA that didn't work for the customer. The next day, I entered the office and received a rude and unprofessional experience. I greeted the employees only to receive a look filled with aggression. On my way out the door, the 2 employees that didn't return my greeting, followed me out the door. They both just stared at me as they lit up their cigarettes to smoke. They both continued with the tough looks as I left. I felt that they attempted to intimidate me since I questioned if I could be provided a solution that included FITPARTS sharing the expenses associated with the customer having to return to their facility due to a preventable inventory issue. At this time, the vender will not conduct anymore business with FITPARTS due to the rude and unprofessional actions of their associates.

It came slightly damaged.

It came slightly damaged.And returning the item after paying over $50 for shipping and then paying shipping again is very unsatisfactory. Would give a zero if I could. Please don’t buy here. Go to Carparts.com instead.

Unfortunately, with large automotive parts like bumper covers, occasional damage during carrier transit can happen despite proper packaging. The good news is that when this occurs, we always offer a fast, no-hassle return within 30 days, with no questions asked.

Cases like this are rare (around 2% of all orders), but we understand how frustrating it is when you’re the one affected. While most satisfied customers don’t leave reviews, we take every issue seriously and resolve them promptly.

Compré un parachoques para mi Toyota…

Compré un parachoques para mi Toyota Corolla y todo quedó perfecto. Ajustó muy bien y se ve como si fuera el original. Le doy 4 estrellas solamente porque vino muy enrollado para el envío, y sí me preocupó que no recuperara su forma. Aun así, todo salió bien y al final quedó perfecto.

The bumper arrived quickly

The bumper arrived quickly, and all the mounting points lined up perfectly. There was a small crease on the grille, but it’s not visible under the paint. Overall, I’m satisfied 👍
