My math isn't the greatest so what I've found is that the Ai formula builder can almost do the work for me. It definitely makes things A LOT easier... feels like cheating to be honest but it's not.

There is a small learning curve for the formula builder but I am satisfied with it regardless. Lots of work has been put into this. I am happy! thanks

STOP SPAMMING ME!!! I closed my account (as it was way too expensive) and I'm still receiving non stop notifications. I asked repeatedly Florian to help but he won't move a finger. Would not recommend!!

Trial was signed up with my card, billed me for months, never used it. Requested cancellation and refund when I saw the charges.

They said they would update the address on the account to my email, so I can cancel, and wouldn't provide any refund.

Told them I can't login, please cancel, they won't.

Never even used the service. Terrible business. Still being charged $100 USD/month.

Bought this service and spent $1,500+ for the year since that was what was needed minimum to customize and pull data. Ended up I couldn't get anyone to do the math for a calculator we were building and they do not help with this either apparently, they want to you to pay more with one of their "creators". In the end they offered no discount or refunds since I have been attempting to use the service for over 2 months.. which we haven't even used since its in development and the logic isnt working. I have no idea how good there service could be but on the customer service side I would stay away from them for that reason alone!

I can't believe anyone would give Involve.me anything less than a five. I have been using it extensively for over three years and have found it to be the most flexible, feature rich, and robust system. I have used it for countless different things ranging from large surveys through to simple forms and big quizzes. I have had tens of thousands of respondents and not one single problem. There support is helpful and fast, and the product just keeps getting better and better.

It has nothing special to offer. Wasted money.

Completely useless - the free version does not allow you to do absolutely nothing- dont waste your time!

Complete NIGHTMARE to use, once you subscribe they don't let you leave! I've tried to cancel for months and they just keep trying to charge me, I've had to ask my bank to block them.

The support has not been helpful at all and difficult to reach.

I'd recommend either jotform or any other platform.

I've used dozens of subscription services and never had this much trouble before.

Poor company with bad working practices and ethics. Avoid this company. Use Typeform or Jotform instead.

Money minded services, Third class service, even unable to try the features how it works. keep asking for money to try even small features.

I'm using this to create product finders and price quote calculators for my shop. It integrates easily with my Klaviyo and Slack accounts, so I'm able to set up workflows. Love it!

I’ve used this plugin for everything from embedded contact forms & lead generation quizzes to rating & NPS survey pop-ups on my WordPress site. The no-code builder makes content creation a breeze and my contact profiles get updated with information in involve.me whenever a user fills out a form. Connecting it to my Hubspot account natively was also a huge plus!

Great product, lots of features and really easy to use. Especially I liked the design freedom in involve.me

Charged even after canceling. Refused to provide me a refund. Instead said I could it what I paid toward a month in the future if I wanted to use it again despite me sharing that I did not intend to use it.

Tool looks good but a very awkward refund policy that basically tries to keep your money by promising future use of the product
