Nice tool for creating quizes but the WORST customer support I ever had to deal with.

After paying 5 invoices during the course of a year, I thought I canceled the subscription and, once the payment didn't go through, I got contacted and asked to pay for the upcoming month.

I right away asked to cancel my subscription and told them that I didn't want to use the service for the month to come.

Florian from the customer service decided to die on the hill of "these are our terms of contract, you have to pay, it's the standard", and later proposed to leave me some credit for the future.

I'm not leaving 120€ there "just in case". Not being able to cancel an invoice sent 24 hours earlier for a service I'm not willing to use is absurd, even more when I have a history of multiple payments.

Instead of trying to solve the problem, they just let me know that I can let my account rot and become unusable in a few weeks. That's peak customer retention.

Whenever I had such problems, I always managed to cancel my subscription and get a full refund or equal to the portion of the month I didn't use.

Shamelessly predatory.

I'll find a new platform for my and my clients' needs.
