I ordered my IDP, immediately got the emailed PDF. Waited for the package to arrive, paying shipment fees etc, never came, not the service I was expecting.

The digital version was worthless for Poland. We lost the entire cost of our two week car rental because the company we rented from (and some others) would not accept it. Do it in advance in your home country to save the fee. Order ID IDA-68874

I bought paper and digital IDP and paid 128$ for the product and its delivery. I never received the paper IDP, it was shipped from Shanghai to Istanbul to Paris to Sofia, and got stuck at the Bulgarian Customs. Fedex now wants more money (additional 20EU) to do me the favor to release the package from the customs... That extra cost was nowhere to see when I bought the paper IDP. Great service, IDA!

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They claim to issue an international driver's license, and will happily take your money for this purpose, but the document they issue is not valid and will not be recognized internationally, potentially costing you huge fines and headaches. There are only two valid issuers of International Drivers Permits in the US (AAA and AATA), and they are a fraction of the cost of the fake ones issued by "International Driving Authority".

license is a fraud. actual licenses are only valid for one year and are not valid digitally. also price is inflated.
I've already emailed and responded in chat as recommended. I requested a refund on the day of order. Responses have been subterfuge. I've filed a dispute with my bank to reclaim visa charge.

I paid for expedited delivery (2 days), the document arrived 9 days later. Also, after further investigation, this website is not recognized in either Italy and Greece, and throughout Europe. It was falsely advertised as an affiliated and recognized with AAA, I later discovered that was not the case.

The application process was easy and IAA was supportive.
The application process was easy. I had a delay in picking up my license because I was traveling when it arrived. They reached out to me to make sure I knew it was at the CTT (PT post office) office. Mail is not delivered to my physical address and instead gets diverted to the CTT office. Since it had to be signed for there was a time consideration for how long CTT would keep the package before they sent it back. IAA offered alternative delivery options if for some reason I was unable to retrieve the license at the CTT office within in the holding period.

So easy and a great product
The website was very informative and the application was easy to follow in uploading my Driver's Licence and picture.
They followed-up and kept me up-to-date on the progress, right up until delivery. The result was a nice licence and a little booklet explaining what each licence category allows.

To clarify, our document- as mentioned in our website- is an official translation of your actual valid driver's licence, recognised and accepted by rental companies in the countries listed on our website — this is something we take very seriously and stand behind. This license is not available in Italy. I could not rent the car, I had to pay a penalty of US 200 in booking to cancel the car rented and had to buy train tickets and change the schedule.
