In a recent trip to Europe I found out I needed an international license. My correspondence to the company and process was easy to understand and do. I got my digital very fast and requested my printed one. Information and follow up from IDA was constant, timely and personal until they made sure I had it in my possession. Recommended 100%

Disappointed
we have left for our destination in Europe without the licence as it is only being delivered by FedEx today which is 4 days late having paid a considerable amount for for fast delivery. Would never recommend or use this service again.
I have emailed for a refund. Let see how we go. We have also discovered that a country where you do not hold a drivers license cannot issue you with an international drivers permit. We feel we have been scammed.

They really made sure I got my license
They really made sure I got my license. When I wasn't home and my license was sent to a location for pickup, they emailed to let me know. And sent me a reminder email the next day when they hadn't heard from me. I was able to pick up my license easily.
Also when I first submitted my application I realized I had put in the wrong birthday. I was afraid I'd have to start a brand new process but I contacted them and they fixed it within a couple of hours which gave me peace of mind. It's rare nowadays to find a company with a responsive customer service team so I really appreciated it.

Great service, easy to apply and fast response to any of your questions!
Applying was a breeze! Website is very well built and filling out the application is super easy. Almost immediately after you finish filling it you will receive a pdf of the booklet.
The card and booklet will arrive to you soon in a very well packaged envelope, the quality of the card and booklet are superb!
They will keep you informed via email of the progress of your application and notify once it ships, only issue i found is that the email has a link to keep track of it but at least for me it never worked. I applied on 7/13/26 and on 1/22/26 sent them an email asking if they could give me information about the whereabouts of the package, they answered the same day informing me that the carrier had delivered it already and effectively when I got home it was waiting for me in my mail box.
Overall a great experience and if you need an international driving permit I strongly suggest that you get it through International Driving Authority.
