Jack the Intergas engineer came to repair our faulty boiler on Thursday 16th April. He notified me the day before about the time to expect him and arrived on time.
The repair took longer than he anticipated due to finding other items that needed replacing. However, I did not feel that he carried out the repairs in a rushed manner.
He wanted to make sure that everything was working correctly before he left for his next job.
He worked in a professional and methodical manner and was very amenable in providing answers to any questions I had.
I was extremely happy with his work, he is a very knowledgeable person and I would highly recommend him.

Fabio is an asset I wish I had as fellow installer of gas boilers, extremely competent and thorough. We’ve had two visits to date and both have been an extremely productive. The fault was rectified quickly with no fuss and disruption. The return visit required was obviously no fault of the engineer and again carried out in very professional manner fitting with this company. I have and will be recommending Intergas as a primary choice of boilers as well as the air source heat pumps for the forceable future.

Intergas servicing of the boilers is truely excellent. They test the boiler and clean the heat exchanger and other parts, lubricate, replace seals etc and more. Our boiler is now 10 years old and working perfectly. The service engineers (Colin in our case) really care plus explain things as appropriate.

First time using them and the service was very thorough and he changed so many seals my usual engineer I cannot remember him doing anything to seals was in and out in about 30 minutes

I have to say this has fantastic customer satisfaction in my opinion. I asked a question Saturday morning hoping for reply monday. Got reply Saturday morning and then followed up with them Monday. Arranged boiler repair and service 9am Monday and service chap Paul attended 11.30am Tuesday to complete the tasks. All i can say what a nice chap Paul was taking the time to explain numerous things to me whilst conducting the jobs. (Sorry once and engineer always an engineer I am lol). Jobs finished and system fully back up working. If I was to say anything negative it would be they dont advertise their boilers and service side enough they could make an absolute mint if they did. Thank you Intergas your ace all of you there, including your boilers.

Originally booked a descale of the boiler but when the engineer arrived he thoroughly diagnosed the error and amended levels so this wouldn’t happen again. He spent a lot of time going through details so we understood the error and tested the boiler many times to show us. He then completed a service as he explained that it was cost effective to service now. No pressure to service but I saw the benefit of this. I was then refunded the difference. Excellent service from the manufacturer of the boiler.
