I've been really impressed with Instantly so far, especially the customer service from Shahadat! I made a mistake as I didn't read the help guides and Shahadat helped me within minutes solving my problem, before then offering a detailed review and advice on my campaign without me even asking! Very happy so far and all email warming up has gone well.

Asked to pay for domain that you don't own and no access to. Don't recommend. There is a reason they dont give admin access to the warmed emails, it is p0rn warming up content. I was shocked at the content and thought it got hack and realised that is instantly "warming up" the emails. The deliverability is questionable.

Used to be decent, now just pointing to fine print

I used their service about a year ago and it was fine. Came back recently to find all the emails I'd purchased were gone.

I contacted support, hoping for help or at least a refund on their smallest plan. They got back to me fast, but instead of offering any real solution, they just referenced their Terms of Service.

For context: I literally didn't use the service at all in the first 6 hours after buying.

That's how they handle customers. You've been warned.

Scam, Dose not work. Charge you even after cancelation total scam

They did a good job marketing but the platform is terrible. Double billed us. Very error prone. It's a garbage product.

They have the best support team ever. I had issue with one of my emails being stuck in another workspace I had, I contacted the support team and they instantly fixed it.

Taking a week to debug something with several days of back-and-forth. I used to love instantly and put it on a pedestal. Particularly because of the quality of support. What I can say now is it has significantly dropped. "We'll have a solution for you in four hours" followed by a week of nothing. The worst part is that it's a feature that is really useful that no longer works... I will be looking for other tools if this cannot get fixed.

Absolute garbage of a company for the reasons listed below:

1) they just somehow decide to downgrade your subscription 2 weeks into your sub which is fully paid.

Funny thing is, when you confront their staff about this, they claim it only happened "today" and your account is fine. But they don't realize people are not stupid and people can take screenshots every day from dashboard.

2) their leads are garbage as i search for an entirely new category of people to contact and yet somehow, they were flagged as duplicate ?!?!??!

3) Emails refuse to send more than what the platform decides on that day. Could be 1, could be 50. It depends on the weather.

4) Majority of emails end up in spam folder even though "the health of the emails is 100%"

Don't shoot yourself in the foot.

Stay away from them at all cost.

Instantly does not work.
Your email has to be "warmed" to get it to land in the inbox - Instantly does have a warmup pool but within that warm up pool there are spammers, porn sites, vigra sellers etc - so your corporate email is in the same warmup as the very emails that the industry is trying to stop - so any email you add to this pool will land in junk.
I spent a few years on Instantly , tried over 50 different email domains from all different providers, no spam trigger works, Instantly DFY - 5000 emails a week, 30 mails per email address, tried everything Instantly supported suggested and implemented all their advice.
Every single email I sent landed in spam - sent 200,000 + emails and zero replies (we do IT recruitment) and Instantly support could not diagnose or fix the problem.
This is just a back hole to throw money into with zero return, just spend the money on holiday instead at least this way you can enjoy the waste of money.

Have been using Instantly for a while and loved the product, a perfect tool for email automation.

Absolute horrible experience, AI generated vibe coded slop. You have been warned, will be wrong billing, AI customer support without humans and buggy software.

Avoid Instantly.ai: A Total Money Pit

I’ve used Instantly for several months, and it has been a massive disappointment. They are quick to take your money but incredibly slow to fix any of the issues they cause.

Broken Promises on Lead Volume: Their database is significantly smaller and less accurate than they claim. Compared to other outreach platforms, the "contacts" they provide are often outdated or just flat-out wrong, leading to high bounce rates that damage your sender reputation.

The "Credit Thief" Bug: The platform is riddled with bugs. I’ve had multiple instances where credits were deducted for enrichment or lead searches that returned zero results or failed halfway through.

Zero Accountability/No Refunds:

If you reach out to support because the platform failed to deliver what you paid for, don’t expect a refund. They refuse to credit you back for their own technical glitches. Their policy seems to be "once we have your money, it's ours," regardless of whether the service actually worked.

Subscription Trap: They lock you into a modular pricing system where you have to pay for four different things just to get a basic workflow running, then make it nearly impossible to get a fair resolution when things break.

I do not recommend this platform!

If you value your time and your budget, look elsewhere. There are far more stable tools with better data and actually helpful support.

I have been using Instantly.ai since a long time now. Its a best tool in the market for automating you email reach outs and get proper analytics on your prospect's actions on the email they receive.

The best thing I like about Instantly.ai is setting up different campaign at a same time.

They can't even provide any of the services they claim to offer. NO REFUND! They didn't refund me for a service I didn't use. They're no different from scammers.
