Everything is great

Lots of bugs, glitch and worst customer support service.

When I launched my campaign I immediately started getting spam emails. Now I get about 20/day.

I also accidently pressed the variant button and so every other email was being sent with no subject line and nothing in the body of the message. you would think with it's AI compatible it would be able to flag that but it sent about 200 emails completely blank.

Not a fan.

Used it to launch a camaping and impressed how easy it is. Ann was great from support helped me launch the campaign successfully

Ich habe den Support MEHRFACH und tagelang darüber informiert, dass ein ehemaliger Freelancer weiterhin Zugriff auf meine geschäftliche Infrastruktur hat, mich bedroht, Geld fordert und damit droht, meine Kampagnen, Mailboxen und Daten zu löschen.

Ich habe Screenshots, Nachweise, Eigentumsbelege und alles geliefert. Trotzdem wurde der Fall nicht rechtzeitig abgesichert oder eskaliert. Währenddessen wurden Teile meines Setups, Leads und meiner Kampagnen gelöscht bzw. zerstört.

Wir reden hier nicht über irgendein kleines Problem, sondern über einen aktiven Sicherheitsvorfall mit geschäftskritischen Daten und Zugriffen.

Der Support hat den Fall über Tage verschleppt, obwohl klar kommuniziert wurde, dass akute Gefahr besteht. Für ein Unternehmen, das mit E-Mail-Infrastruktur und geschäftlichen Kampagnen arbeitet, ist das absolut erschreckend.

Ich habe dadurch massive Zeit, Arbeit und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten verloren. Besonders schlimm ist das Gefühl, komplett allein gelassen zu werden, obwohl man frühzeitig und eindeutig gewarnt hat.

So etwas darf bei einer professionellen Plattform einfach nicht passieren.

It’s a good and nice

App is nice to use and full of features. Plan limits are vague, but support is helpful and quick to resolve issues. Instantly offers a lot of control over maximizing deliverability and warming email domains. It's super easy to experiment with emails and iterate over time. It's clear the team understands the problems they've set out to solve quite well.

Bad experience, No refunds, bad service, doesnt work well. Dont recommend, stay away.

harder than expected to use, poor results, and when i unsubscribed they kept billing me and didn't accept to refund me

Terrible experience with the customer support. They respond quickly, but as soon as you run into an actual problem, they give only excuses. Not to mention the constant changing of agents. I've been resolving an issue with warmup emails for a week, and I'm just running in circles of the same BS answers.

The set up process is difficult and not explained clearly - always pushing you to use the AI agent which just up-sells their products.
They are not in any way honest about how many users you can upload, always pushing 5000 emails or more but only after you purchase a subscription do you see that the number of uses you can have is vastly reduced.
Overall this is a very expensive and scammy site - rather use other options.

horrible customer support. ai bots is useless. 'humans' come in and stop responding. they throttle your mailbox number even though they market it as unlimited. will probably make an internal tool

Instantly.ai is easy to set up and use. It is designed to scale. The price is very reasonable. It also has a very good database and built-in tools like email validation. It is a good one-stop shop for cold outreach. The AI chatbot interface they created is a nice tool to create campaigns by describing what you want to achieve.
