I am very new to cold email outreach. Using Instantly has been great because the built in ai support and the live chat with customer support has got me up and running. I have learned so much and making progress thanks to the support from Instantly.

Honestly, speed is extremely important for us in this industry, and Instantly’s support team has been great every time we’ve reached out.

They don’t just respond quickly, they actually go above and beyond to help solve the issue properly. Easily one of the best support teams in the industry.

Non-existent customer support. Trying to use the chat wastes days with either no response or incorrect information. Imagine submitting a request, waiting hours for a response, being asked to provide information, waiting hours for a response, get a request for more information, more hours waiting, then receive incorrect information from Instantly.

Their email servers just didn't work and there was no way to unsubscribe, they keep charging until you file a complaint. They have some of the worse customer service i've ever seen. stay away.

Users beware - Instantly.AI (Foo Monk LLC) harvested my personal data without consent & added it to their B2B database. When I exercised my rights under UK GDPR (Articles 17, 18, 19, and 21) via their DPO on 3 April 2026, they:

- Missed the statutory 30-day deadline entirely
- Responded only after I issued a formal breach notice
- Eventually deleted my data 11 days late (14 May instead of 3 May)
- Completely ignored my Article 18, 19, & 21 requests
- Are now 60 days overdue to my email reminder ref Article 18, 19 & 21 requests (no response whatsoever)

They deploy an AI chatbot to handle GDPR requests, which provided contradictory & misleading responses.

A formal complaint is now lodged with the UK ICO (case ref: IC-516381-LOX1) and the California Privacy Protection Agency.

If you're a UK or EU data subject whose information has been scraped by Instantly, know that exercising your legal rights will be met with automated deflection, delays, & minimum selective compliance. They are a registered California data broker operating with apparent disregard for data protection legislation.

If you're a business considering using Instantly for outreach your campaigns may be built on unlawfully processed data.

My counsel is to carefully consider if Instantly are a reliable data provider & if they may be placing your business at risk.

Honestly, it’s probably the best cold email software. I've been using it for 5 yrs!

The main thing I like is how easy it is to launch campaigns once everything is set up. And when you connect it with webhooks / automations, it gets even better because you can move leads around, trigger stuff, update things, etc without doing everything manually.

Deliverability has been solid too. Obviously no tool is perfect, but we’re hitting inbox most of the time and the results have been really good for us.

Overall really happy with it. Makes cold email way easier to manage and scale.

Been using Instantly for about 3 months now for our agency's outreach campaigns. Overall pretty happy with it — the warmup feature works well and deliverability has improved noticeably compared to what we were using before. The interface is clean and easy to navigate even for someone who's not super technical.

I found about instantly randomly when searching google and immediately after checking I started to use it.

I automated my outbound and everything was smooth set up wise.

We signed up to be one of the first companies to use their VIP service. It was by far the worst investment that we ever made as a company. $9K with ZERO return.

Their team takes weeks to set up and ramps up very slowly. It was not until month 2 that we started sending an ok volume of emails.

The copy is all copy pasted from generic campaigns and they sound like every other cold outreach. Their team suggests offers that you never approved, commits to send case studies that never happened, and make promises on your behalf that are not true.

After spending hours communicating our ICP and buying signals, they kept segmenting audiences that were nowhere close who we want to target.

Out of the entire year working together, we got about 20 leads, none of which were qualified.

To top it all off, they did not hold themselves accountable for the results.

Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company.

Amazing customer support from instantly.ai! Cristhiana was so helpful, kind, and polite throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer all my questions clearly. It's rare to find this level of care these days, and it made a real difference. Highly recommend!

It is by far the best cold email software. I love how it gets a lot of advanced features like inbox placements, warmup, spintaxes and other features that we use it a lot. Customer service is always great as well.

I love Instantly! They have an excellent product, excellent automated support, and excellent live support. The product is easy to use and intuitive. But I think my favorite part is the Instantly Accelerator. They walk you through every aspect of the process with all the best practices. It's so easy to follow, even as a beginner. And I learned a TON. Become a user, you wont regret it!

I’ve used a lot of outreach platforms over the years, and Instantly has honestly been the best experience so far. We use a business account, and the platform itself is solid, but what really stood out was the customer support. I had a pretty difficult technical/API-related question, and their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help solve the issue instead of sending generic responses.

Compared to other tools we’ve tested, the overall experience has been significantly smoother, both from a product and support standpoint. Highly recommend for teams doing outbound at scale.
