Instantly has been everything I needed so far. Only been active for a short time, but it makes cold email outreach so much easier. They basically do everything for you once it is all set up. Def the best cold email platform out there. I recommend this to any business who needs leads.

Absolutely terrible.

1. Nickle and dime policy. Their services don't align with their Terms and conditions. All of their monthly services are extremely intentionally misleading in a way to be able to say "you also need to sign up for this". it is an entire bait and switch.

Worst support service experience in 2026.
Paid for an upgrade over 24 hours ago, upgrade features have not been enabled. Support asked for and I supplied username and email, now support insists I need to share a receipt. They could have easily verified using my username and email. They don't read the thread, instead ask redundent questions. Not Recommended!

If you want all your emails to go to spam or get quarantined, and if you want to deal with never ending random bugs, this is the platform for you.

We paid instantly to provision domains for us and they didn't configure forwarding correctly until we reached out to support. I've run into a new bug virtually every time I've logged in, and their inbox placement is suspect at best.

Real world delivery numbers to anything other than vanilla, out of the box gmail and O365 were 0%. Basically, if you are sending to consumers or the smallest of small businesses you have a chance of getting through and the placement tests of being accurate. But if you are sending to real enterprise accounts there are way more fun ways to light your cash on fire.

Don't take my word for it. Go ahead and run a placement test with instantly and then try to send an email to an enterprise email account you or a friend/family member uses.

Possibly the most telling is that trustpilot, this site, won't even show a rating because instantly apparently wrote a bunch of fake reviews to try and juice their numbers. Again, don't take my word for it, see what trustpilot says on the instantly listing.

I have been stuck in a ongoing Instantly limbo. I have many times tried to cancel all my subs. I have many times contacted support and told I want to cancel everyhting but still they keep billing me randomly. Stay away from this for your own good.
