I understand that you are upset that we are unable to continue to provide you services due to your new requirements, which we have told you we cannot do, but I am not sure what the point of leaving us bad reviews does for you?

What you are asking of us is the same as if you went to a tire shop and asked them to replace your engine. They would tell you they can't do it, and that you must find someone else to do that job.

I understand that you used our services previously (for many years, actually!) but treating our team abusively, having requests we cannot accomodate simply means we cannot continue our business relationship any longer.
