Good Support, but a Chat Option Would Help
The team provided clear information over the phone, enabling me to request a correction to my order by email. Adding a chat option would further improve the experience by allowing customers to quickly address questions or request support with the Instant Card team.

As a first-time customer
As a first-time customer, the initial experience had a slight learning curve. There were a few key questions I didn’t know to ask when filling out the initial form, which caused a minor delay. I believe the form could be improved by including more closed-ended questions to guide new users through the process. That said, the InstantCard team was incredibly resilient, patient, and quick to follow up, ensuring everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the initial form setup, but otherwise, InstantCard is amazing! We love our IDs!
