The site is very user friendly, from inputting information down to ordering. Their shipping is super fast and I have my badges with 3-4 days. Keep up the awesome work!!
InstantCard always delivers quality products in a timely manner. They updated our template in record time, and when we ordered the badges they arrived quickly and looked great!

A company that makes things simple!
Each year, I usually need a template adjustment. It is simply a matter of one email, and then I get a reply: It's done! Thank you so much for the ease of change and then the simplicity of ordering.

We recently transitioned to InstantCard for our organization, which includes multiple regional offices across California, and it has been a game changer. This service has saved our team valuable time and money. The badges are printed with excellent quality, and any requests for updates to our multiple templates are handled quickly and efficiently by our wonderful customer service associate Gina. Our team loves the convenience of printing badges as we hire, making it an incredibly effective resource. I highly recommend InstantCard to anyone in need of professional, hassle-free badge printing.

Customer service is truly exceptional
Customer service is truly exceptional. I had a few updates to make on some IDs and received a response within minutes. In less than 30 minutes, the revised IDs were already updated and ready. The refillable wallet and billing system make ordering quick and effortless. Turnaround time is impressively fast, usually just 2 to 3 days from order to delivery.

Takes several days to get a template for review and then responses are slow to follow up. Additionally, there is no option to change anything on the template. e.g. if you want to make minor changes you need to send an email, wait at least 24 hours for an answer, if it's a weekend, forget it. Considering printing our badges in office going forward.
