Easy to find accessories for our gorgeous steam cabin shower. We have had our cabin for 6 years now, and its fantastic! Definitely recommend if you are considering getting one.

Signs of Rust
As much as I like the steam cabin shower, insignia appears to let themselves down due to cheap parts.
1 year in the certain parts are showing Rust. What a shame.
Insigna please do yourself a favour and use parts that will not rust.

Speedy dispatch and delivery
Ordered a new shower valve on Friday afternoon and paid for express delivery, expecting it to arrive Monday. However DPD delivered it Saturday afternoon! Brilliant turn around from Insignia. Customer Service was brilliant and Ursula, who I dealt with in sales, pulled out all the stops to get the valve to me in super quick time! Many thanks.

Ordered an in stock part that I needed quickly paid for fast delivery only to be told next day it was actually out of stock and would be 5 weeks later, but still showing in stock on the website. Not impressed, spoke to customer service to try and get an alternative part totally useless waste of time.

The shower base has a defect in it and the Bluetooth and radio are not fit for purpose as there is interference which when asked about basically blamed everything except for the product overall poor quality unfortunately

Recently bought an infrared sauna from insignia wellness and everything was perfect! They helped me choose between all the products in their showroom, letting me test them and try the features. Booked delivery around me and were very professional, tidy and fast with the install. An absolute dream from start to finish and I would highly recommend them ☺️
