I ordered a couple of cables and e mailed them to ask if they supply plugs, sadly they misread my e mail and gave an irrelevant answer. Eventually they did read it properly and offered my a link to an amazon site, I explained I never ever use them, so they sent me another link to their iwn shop to an item that was out of stock.
They did offer my a 15% discount on an unavailable item!
Totally bizarre "service" complete failure!

Bestilte 3 powerbanks. 1 stoppede med at virke efter 2 måneder. Den næste stoppede med at virke efter 1 år.

Purchased from their official store P50 power bank. Never arrived. Was provided tracking code that didn’t track anything. Customer service, (AI Karlin) autoreply fast but nothing actually happens after that. After I supplied the receipt they requested - haven’t heard of them since. No wonder my local bank card had blocked this company (used wise card to purchase).

Both cord stopped property charging in a year. I didn't reach out after the first and now the second stopped working. I emailed customer service and honestly they are asking a million questions ..for something that cost $20 like ive dealt with better customer service with products that cost way more. My Anker type C I've had over 2 years no issue. This one stopped working and a customer service agent named Karlin emailed me back asking me for a bunch of stuff even though I provided a copy of my original Amazon invoice they are asking for it again which I did , with photos and even a ridiculous video through email. Like how is this customer service. You want me to spend an hour of my day repeating what I did on the claims page and now you want me to send you a video via email which I still did even though you can only send only a certain amount through email. For something that cost under $20. No thank you. And now I haven't heard anything back after explaining to them I don't have hours to spend on this after sending the picture and videos they requested for. I'll just purchase an Anker Wire .people have jobs and need cords to charge their devices so they could work. You guys are an absolute inconvenience for such low ticket value item. Do better. 3 year warranty but you can't even fulfill. Reply to your emails do the right thing and send your customers the product you advertise and the warranty you advertise. So disappointed. I even have a power bank from you guys. If you guys really want why don't you take my cords back as a warranty claim and test it yourself. Don't put out 3 year warranty when you can't even communicate about something under a year..

I thought the warranty might be something that can help in my case:

Issue Details: The description on the Amazon website claims that this power bank provides 1.5 charges for a MacBook Pro, but I haven’t experienced more than 30% charge for my laptop. Sometimes, it doesn't even charge the laptop; the battery indicator simply changes to "charging." Therefore, this seems like either false advertising or a defect in the power bank I received.

Quick Checks (just a few seconds each):
Which USB-C port on the power bank you are using (OUT1 100W or OUT2 45W).
Whether the laptop was in use during charging or powered off.
The battery percentage when you started charging.
Does the same issue occur when charging a mobile phone or another smaller device?

Important Note Regarding Charging Capacity
The B63 (25,000mAh / 92.5Wh) power bank provides up to 100W output, but due to normal energy conversion during voltage boost, the real usable energy is lower than the rated capacity.
Additionally: Larger MacBook Pro models (especially 14” and 16”) have batteries between 70Wh–100Wh.
If the laptop is being used while charging, it continues consuming power, which reduces the visible percentage increase.
If the 45W port is used instead of the 100W port, charging performance may be limited.

For best results, we recommend: Using the 100W USB-C (OUT1) port. Using a 100W/5A USB-C cable. Testing while the MacBook is idle or powered off

If possible, a short 15–30 second video showing the connection setup and charging screen would help us assess this much faster.

Please rest assured, we provide a 3-year warranty, and if there is any abnormal performance after these checks, we will proceed with the appropriate solution immediately.

My reply: The request below will waste more of my time than the value of the power bank or the replacement that I may get from the warranty as a result of the request. I'm sorry to say sending it back to Amazon might make more sense instead of going through this process. It might be a good idea to feedback the team that warranty is supposed to make sense and provide value. If a power bank costs under £50, it does not add any value when the person has to waste twice this amount just to prove something is defective.

So the warranty is like a web spider.

It' a scam. The item bougth was never sent. Provide a track number that doesn't even exist and marked it delivered the same day.
Never answered a mail since that day

Their products are high quality for a very good price and their customer service is amazing! They respond quick and are extremely helpful and understanding. Definitely my go to brand for powerbanks and charging cables

I started off buying a charging wire for my Samsung s24 ultra in 2023. Since then I am addicted to their products. The quality is amazing. Customer service is outstanding.

Because of that I bought the wireless charger for the Samsung and now bought the car charger.

The car charger supports super fast charging like the charging wire. And I can't be more ecstatic about the purchase.

I feel iniu has a long way to go considering their quality and 5 star customer service.

I had a great experience with INIU Customer service. I bought a powerbank that unfortunately had some trouble after a few months of use. Contacted customer support and because of the warranty they send me a new powerbank that i received within 2 days. No complaints here.

Recently, I bought 2 Cougar powerbank (100 watt output, 25000 mah capacity). These are perfect for my usecase: sleek design and very fast in charging other devices (charging the unit self takes a bit longer but no issue for me).
Also, capacity seems to be holding up against the promised/advertised 25000 mah so all in all a good buy.

But the 5 stars are totally deserved by the excellent customer service. After a month or so, one of the powerbanks (most used of the 2, almost every day as a laptop battery extension) was starting to fail. It just wouldn't charge anymore. I cannot find any similar cases so I don't think it's a quality issue, just bad luck maybe? Or wrong usage but I cannot see how.
Anyway, I started a case with the customer service. They asked me only to make a short movie of the issue, then very soon I got the instructions for sending the unit back for R&D. The unit was picked up at home (!) and immediately after it was send to INIU they send a completely new unit back. This unit was delivered next day. S, within 48 hours of creating a service ticket I got a new unit. Now that is called customer service!

Very happy customer here, and I will continue buying their products in the future. Special shout out to Karlin, who helped me.

I ordered one of INIU’s rechargeable 10,000ma batteries for my iPhone. It’s a MagSafe version and I really love it.
It’s a really sleek design and is beautifully finished. It’s light and compact.
It charges my 15 ProMax from empty to full and there’s still powers in the battery.
I have ordered their charging leads in the past and found them to be excellent, so I got the battery this time and I wasn’t disappointed.
I would recommend this product and this company without hesitation.

Bought a powerbank, first time using and it turned out to be defective.

I contacted support who were helpful and sent out a replacement, however this one had the exact issue.

This company appear to be scammers, and are knowingly sending out defective goods.

u can not deinstall like any other software, its basically a spyware on pc. crazy complicated to deinstall.

Had an issue with a faulty powerbank, email responded to within an hour! and a replacement sent out within 24 hours! fantastic aftercare service from my point of view, they couldn't have been more helpful! Karlin was the name of the person dealing with my issue, Thankyou

I bought six INIU B64 power banks directly thru their shop as Christmas presents. One of them had damaged USB-A port but it was quite an easy fix (for me). The second one didn't turn on and didn't want to charge no matter which charger I used. The rest of them were just fine, I had to check them before gifting. This can happen with new electronics, that's normal.

I wrote their customer service and a very nice person sent me probably standard instructions in such cases. I'm an IT specialist so I knew straight away that something was wrong, 90% circuitry's fault. After few e-mails I got a choice for a replacement or a refund. I chose the latter, because replacement wouldn't arrive on time. Already ordered the missing one on Amazon and it'll be here on time (+1 extra for myself). What a great customer service this is, I honestly didn't expect it. Thank you so much.

I'll update this review after I'll use one myself for a bit. So far I recommend this company, customer service is so nice and good.

Acquistata da poco una Power Bank su Amazon Italia, avevo comunque una domanda relativa al "Push Out" che dovrebbe sostenere lo smartphone, nonostante l'immagine sul manuale allegato.
