As discribed, very quick delivery. When I made a mistake and ordered wrong heaters, contacted company and returns organised and payment refunded with no problems. Replacement order arrived next day.

I haven't used the infrared radiators as yet, this is just about the company.
After searching the website I had a couple of questions and the answers were given quickly. After I was satisfied with everything I ordered 2 mirrored radiators, they look great and very slim line.

Installed 2 of the companys heaters 2 years ago . We had an issue with the cable holding 1 breaking and even though it had been up for 2 years they replaced the heater with no charge and advise on the best replacement option. Very helpful and above average customer service.

I wasn't very knowledgeable about infrared, they advised me towards the right product and were available for any questions I had . Quick delivery and very well packaged, and after sales is excellent.

I like the image of the waterside hut
I like the image of the waterside hut. What I dislike is there is no indication of temperature or anyway of setting a desired temperature. No on/ off switch, I would consider it overpriced for just a heater.
