Great experience w/ John on the customer service

The agent explained well the Travel Medical insurance.

John was a great help in helping me review all the plans and come up with the most viable one. He was able to answer all my questions and guide me in making my right judgement.

The patience of the representative in explaining the details and walking me through the process was a great help. Representative who helped me today was Ellie Erodias. I am happy with her help in purchasing the policy and hope that will be the experience if I have to use the policy. Thanks Ellie.

My experience with Erwin Zanders from customer support was amazing. When I booked insurance for my traveling parent the web page glitched and I we didn’t receive emails for any of the covered services. However my credit card was charged. Erwin helped rectify the matter timely and effectively.
