Erwin Zanders - INF PLans

Erwin Zanders, the associate returned my missed call which I had placed during outside of their business hours. He called me the next AM and asked me if all was well and when I mentioned my issue, he went through each step patiently and provided help in filing extensions of the plan on their website and ensured , I had received emails with ID cards etc. prior to closing the call.

I was having a really big issue with completing the application

I was having a really big issue with applying for INF insurance i reached out to costumer care where Mr. Erwin zanders from customer service department helped me. Before Mr. Erwin Zanders , i almost closed INF web page and was planning to move to an other insurance company but he understood my issue and knew exactly what i was doing wrong and resolved my issue and thus helping with with getting my required INF plan. 5 star rating for Mr. Erwin zanders. Thank you.

Travel Insurance plan for parents

I bought travel insurance plans for my parents and in-laws from INF. So far, I have had great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful (Shout out to Aprille). I was pleased at the quick turn around time for resolving my issue. I would highly recommend it.

I had an issue with the policy insurer name change and the support team member "ERWIN ZANDERS" was really helpfull and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Thanks for the support team.

Excellent Customer Service for Insurance Renewal

had a very positive experience with the INF customer service representative who assisted me with renewing our insurance plan. They were patient, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the renewal process and answer my questions about continuing the coverage.

The representative made the process straightforward during a time when we really needed the assistance. I truly appreciate the prompt support, clear communication, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service and a very smooth renewal experience.

Big thumbs up to customers service and management

I wanted to give INF a big thumbs up! They’re fantastic for travelers, insurance, or anyone visiting the US or any other country. I was so impressed with their service and customer care. My parents had to leave early, so they gave me a full refund without any trouble. I really appreciate Marimar for handling everything and keeping me in the loop via email and phone. Thanks to the management for understanding the situation and taking care of my needs.
