I have had considerable problems…as stated regarding a helpful initial response but then a terse response that had not been responded to and continue to spam my folder.
I have had considerable problems working with this provider. They tried to fix the use of my purchase initially. When this didn’t work I requested my money back which they stated that they would not do so in line with their Texan policy on returns. Frustrated by this I sent the person who replied to me (Jason) a clear and definitive response back why this was not appropriate in the UK under our laws and they have not had the decency to return/respond to me.

Hello Kiran,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Our team, including Jason, made every effort to support you with the Excel Toolkit, including providing an alternative download link and verifying that the files were working correctly on our end. We always strive to resolve any technical issues promptly and clearly.
We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as expected, and we sincerely regret if any of our responses came across as unhelpful or impersonal—that was never our intention. Our refund policy is in place due to the nature of digital products. This policy is clearly stated at checkout and applies universally.
Please know we’re still here and happy to help if there's anything else we can do to support you further.
Kind regards,
Ximena

Thank you so much for your feedback—we’re happy to hear you’re enjoying the templates!
We understand the importance of easy editing. Some of our charts are designed to be edited manually within the slides, while others are linked to Excel and can be updated directly through Excel for more precise data entry.
If you need any help working with the charts, feel free to reach out to our customer support team—we’d be glad to share helpful tutorial videos to guide you through the process.
Thanks again for your support!

I recently needed to update a slide deck for a major presentation, and Infograpia made the process incredibly smooth. Their templates were easy to use, allowed for quick integration of my data, and significantly elevated the visual appeal of our material. The immediate download access and wide range of options made it even more convenient. I would definitely recommend Infograpia to anyone looking to refresh or enhance their presentation materials.

Hello Alvaro,
Thank you for following up.
I can confirm that we sent your download link on March 6th, shortly after your purchase, and we saw that the email was viewed the following day and the file download. We also sent it again on March 26th, but it looks like that message may have been blocked by your email provider.
No worries — we've just re-sent your download link to you again. Please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case) for a message from us.
Since this is a separate purchase from our Full Access, it’s only available through this direct link that we send to your email when you purchase. We recommend saving it somewhere safe for future use.
If you still have trouble accessing it, feel free to let me know and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Very good experience
Very good experience. Lots of choice and high quality visuals. Only constructive feedback would be to have a better index of the key feature of each deck so that it is easier to find what we need with keywords.

Hi Zhanna, thank you for your feedback.
The majority of our slides are fully editable in Google Slides, and many of our customers use them successfully on that platform. If you're experiencing issues, it’s possible you were working with a small number of native PowerPoint charts, which unfortunately aren’t editable in Google Slides due to software limitations. This is outside of our control and affects less than 1% of our content.
We also include this information in the product description and our Terms and Conditions to ensure transparency before purchase.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Hi David,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience.
After reviewing your account, we can see that you successfully downloaded all the files using our one-click download feature, which includes all templates sorted by software.
We’d have been happy to assist you if we had known you were having trouble — we didn’t receive any support request from you before the review.
As a small business, we put a lot of care into supporting our users and improving based on feedback.
It feels a bit unfair to receive a 1-star review without the chance to help first, especially when the download appears to have worked correctly.
If there’s anything else we can do to make things right, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

MacBook Users, Beware!
The slides are visually great and easy to download, but using them on a MacBook causes severe slowdowns. Every time I insert a slide into PowerPoint, my computer becomes extremely sluggish, making the templates almost unusable.
I've contacted Infograpia support five times, received only two responses, and still no solution. If you're a Mac user, think twice before purchasing—this issue remains unresolved.

Hi Luis,
We truly appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced. Our team has thoroughly investigated the issue, and we found that the slowdown is caused by a third-party add-on running in PowerPoint on your Mac. Disabling the add-on should resolve the problem.
Our templates are designed and tested on both Mac and Windows, and we have thousands of Mac users who use them without any issues. That said, we understand how frustrating this must have been, and we regret any inconvenience.
If you need any further assistance, we’re happy to help!
Please reach out to our support team, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a smooth experience.
