Don’t buy anything from here….! AFTER I had written my cardnumber several offers to buy extra pairs came up. The page do not give you a fair chance to check what actually happens in the last step. And you don’t recieve an e-mail that shows what you have bought.
I wrote to them “what is in this order”, and the kind customerservice lady wrote back tjat I have ordered 4 pair (instead of 1). 3 of them was not my size. I Should write back within 5 days, after that my order would be shipped.
I wrote back immediatly that this was a mistake, I did not order 3 pairs in a wrong size!?! A few hours later I recieved a new e-mail that the order was shipped (including the 3 pairs I did not order).
I wrote back to them and they offers me a 25% refund!?! Of course I dont want that!
I want them to stop the package/ send me a free return slip. I don’t want anything from this scam Company and this Trustpilot says it all, Im not alone. I Will contact my bank and close my card.

This company are fraudsters. I ordered 2 pairs of tights and both pairs went into holes after one days wear. I
Complained and they said they would send me a replacement this has happened twice. I have now realised that they have been charging me and not telling me this has come to light on checking my bank statement how can they charge for faulty tights its wrong and I want it sorting NOW or there will be consequences.

this VIP Status is really a scam.
Just noticed as the others you sign up easily, probably fine print and sneaky.

Cancelled the subscription.

I made what I thought was a one time purchase for my fiancée. By placing an order they enrolled me in some VIP program with a recurring charge. I wasn’t interested in any such program. I received a VIP charge so I opened a dispute with PayPal which they ultimately denied. When I approached Indestructible to get a refund and be removed from the VIP they said since PayPal had denied me they didn’t have to refund me any money either.

Be careful. They bury the VIP enrollment somewhere in the fine print. They’re clearly being shady and getting away with it. Steer clear of them. You can get good tights anywhere and I should’ve known that. These guys are deceptive and are being so to get your $$$.

I ordered a pair of tights and only afterwards I read the reviews here so I immediately canceled my order. At first someone from the staff asked my why I want to cancel, which they shouldn’t do (24h cancel policy stated on their website), after I said I didn’t want to disclose the reason they offered 25% refund, to which I said no. After a couple of days I got another email offering a 50% discount. I kindly declined and asked for refund again (fourth time!) and they went silent. A total scam!

Further to my review about my big toes making holes in the tights on the first day I wore them, Indestructible Tights contacted me and offered a refund. I have therefore increased my rating from one star to three for good customer service, in anticipation of receiving a full refund for my purchase.

Used my credit card to bill me for things that I didn't purchase.

THESE ARE NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE! They are complete garbage - you are buying dollar store quality for 10x the price. They ripped as soon as I pulled them on. I emailed the company and they shipped me a second pair and the same thing happened. I asked for a refund and they said they'd only refund 30% of my order! I also have two charges from 'shop good garments' from this company! One is for the first order and they charged me $54 for the second! I am fighting this with them now and have reported them for fraud to my cc company and the RCMP online fraud department.

EDIT: I've already dealt with this and received a refund from my credit card company. This was months ago - not necessary to provide my order # here on trust pilot.

This company is a fraud l ordered 1pair of tights last December 23 and l received 5 pairs of stockings that I didn’t ordered
I requested a return address, posted them , got my receipt. I have emailed them copy of postal receipt, tracking number etc and the whole experience is a total disaster and l have not received any of my money back and l paid for my purchase with Pay Pal and they have received no refund for me Disaster This company has been provided with all the necessary information on numerous times and it’s just a waste of time and no refund

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They market themselves as "Indestructible Tights". The tights I ordered were "destructed" in one day. My fingernail put a hole in them when I went to pull them up. In their videos, they show not even a scissor can tear them and my fingernail put a hole in them the first time I wore them. The tights also had a run in them by the end of the day. They also claim their tights slim your waist and legs down. They do not slim you down at all. This company is a scam. Save your money.

Wish I'd reviewed here carefully before buying...I saw the sheertex and thought these were a comparable product. 2 separate holes in the feet after just one wear. Also they do not work as shapewear at all. The material feels nice and the fit was good but a complete waste of money. I requested a refund from them, and they just sent me a new pair of tights instead.

I ordered these tights last July, and they claimed to have delivered them on 11th August, which happened to be my birthday so I knew exactly where I was, and was aware of all deliveries. They were not delivered. I emailed them and was told that there might be a delay which was the responsibility of the courier company, but I am on a first name basis with the courier in question and there had been no missed deliveries, nor had she left it with anyone else. She knows where my preferred safe place is in case I am not at home AND we have cameras by our front and back doors, but not deliveries were made which I cannot account for that week. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they repeatedly tell me they posted it and it is with the courier... SCAM! Please do not waste your money with them.

UPDATE: I have been told that I will not receive a refund because it is more than 3 months since I placed the order. This company gave me the run about and used tactics which set off alarm bells early on in the process and my suspicions were confirmed when they then told me this was their final answer. Please DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!

This company is a scam- actually a tech company from Finland. Based on the social media reviews, most people don't even receive their purchased item, or say it ripped immediately. I suspect the "tights" is just a reason to take you credit card info. Was charged a $50CDN "VIP"charge for a membership I never signed up for. Be very very careful - COMPLETE SCAM
