It's a scam
It's a scam. Do not buy from them. Immediately after trying to purchase from them I received an anti phishing message from my bank, my card number was stolen, and they still tried to make transactions to my name after that. Luckily I'm broke as shit so they didn't even steal that much money but absolutely do not buy anything from them, block any ads you may receive on social media and the likes, report them as a scam any way you can.

SCAM to start a monthly subscription - Product is nonexistent
It is a scam to subscribe you to a service! I requested to cancel before the charge went through, we'll see how that goes. I saw the reviews regarding the company just a few minutes too late to stop from making the order, but the charge had not gone through and has been blocked. DO NOT ORDER FROM this company on the hope they have a good product or not, these products no longer show up on the site, it is merely a SCAM to start taking money from you.

DONT BUY! Scammy checkout - was unknowingly charged a monthly membership fee for a VIP plan after purchasing. Considering the combined unnoticed monthly payments that will not be refunded I paid a RIDICULOUS $$$ price for an average pair of tights with sizes that run larger than normal!!!!

I bought a pair which I didn’t like but…
I bought a pair which I didn’t like but - ok.
Months later, I see that I had been signed up for a monthly bill that supposedly giving me some kind of an advantage. I have contacted them probably close to 17 times to cancel my subscription which they never did. They kept trying to tell me to take advantage of this money that they were taking from me every month. I finally threatened with my lawyer and now it is canceled.

2 stars because they returned my money and apologised when I reported fraudulent ongoing transactions to my bank.
They never sent any offered "free products" or communications regarding VIP benefits, I didn't know that I was subscribed.
For any Aussies customers, I've just been studying consumer law and this is what I believe their VIP status is contravening under Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth):
Since they buried the terms in the fine print and failed to send any further products or communication regarding these, any logins etc, then they'd probably be found guilty of intentional "False and misleading representation" under ss20 & 21, and a bunch of other Specific protections including:
· Offering rebates, gifts, prizes, or other free items w/out intending to supply s154
· Engaging in bait advertising s157
· Wrongly accepting payment w/out intending to supply w/in a reasonable time s158
Also, under s18 of the "misleading and deceptive conduct" professed intent is irrelevant. An example of a court ruling is below. ACCC v TPG Internet Pty Ltd (2013) 250 CLR 640 TPG ad“$29.99”large type, +$30 phone line in much smaller less obvious type. Court: breached s18 although no intention to mislead, because dominant message so overwhelming that no other info would remove it from the mind of viewer, reader, listener.

This company sucks!!!!!!! Do not buy from them. Wore 2 times and the tight separated from the seam behind my back right thigh. Horrible customer service. Don’t know how manager Allison can sleep at night knowing that she is ripping off innocent people. All of customer service drinks the kook aid. Listen to these negative reviews. It is real!!!!

Why would anyone need to sign up for the service, just buy the tights.,, Their shipping takes forever. They must ship on a slow boat from china. The quality is shitty. It happened to me without my knowledge, and I’m usually very cautious about scams. They charged 69,42$ in my card.

Nothing indestructible about these tights. My foot had a hole within 2 hours. I asked for a refund for fraudulent advertising and they only offered a 25% refund. DO NOT buy from this company! They are terrible to work with about their terrible product. Plus they automatically sign you up for $37 a month VIP service when you order. Very shady company!

I order tights and i got them, happy with the product BUT, one month later they rebook again for the VIP custom from my account. I wrote them an e-mail explaining that i want a refund of my Money and that i am not interested in a VIP treat. Reply was there but NO MONEY BACK. Very bad customer service after i reply to Cindy Becker ( custom service) and no response. I am very very sad such an experience to have. I wish i never done the order. 🙁

She had emailed to cancel any order and request an immediate refund of all transactions made by them, the company can clearly not be trusted with any customer information and we not longer have any confidence in them.

This company is a sham
This company is a sham. You'll get thighs, yes BUT they add - without your consent - VIP service item ($0.00) into your order. Then they start charging you $31.63 per month.
After I noticed these charges I contacted the company demanding full refund, they claim that I've ordered it. Doesn't make sense: I never join any memberships with fees.
The tights are not indestructible. The first pair broke when I put them on the first time. I wanted to return everything. Now they offer to replace the broken ones for free. Not acceptable.
I will continue fighting for my rights for return and full refund. BUT this company is located in China based on the shipment tracking number. Not very likely to get my money back. They don't even have any functions to cancel this "VIP service" in my account pages.
