This company is a total SCAM! I ordered one pair for $8.99. I was charged $34.71 for some bogus VIP Subscription that I never knowingly signed up for! Apparently they sneak this in without the Customer permission. I have been fighting this charge for over a month. I've involved PayPal and was told the amount would be credited. STILL NO CREDIT RECEIVED! Stay away! Total scam!

Seems like a scam
Website seemed a little bit sketchy but went through with it anyway, was advertised it through Instagram and bought 16.66 pound tights, the money didn't fully come out of my account but instead they took two small installments of 6.70 and 9.65 pounds in one day under the name "shopgoodgarments" (taking at least a similar amount to what was due together) and today have just received a charge of 26 pounds from them again near a month later. when I first purchased it automatically signed me up for a membership which I cancelled but it seemingly like they haven't cancelled it. the payment is still pending so I can't fully take it up with my bank yet but will be as soon as it's finished pending

Where's My Refund
I've been trying to get a refund for tights I did not order but they mailed to me. I followed the return order to the letter. It has now been almost 2 months YES 2 months and they are still making me jump through hoops to get a refund on the product I returned. They keep emailing me and creating tickets but no refund. I bet I never see a refund even though the product was returned, unopened, in original package and emailed copy of tracking slip as requested. Now they want to know what I returned. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for getting a refund of $57.22. They are hoping I will give up and go away and they won't refund my money. I've given you the information you requested and still no refund or response. I'm calling the BBB and reporting you then I'll be contacting the attorney general's office. I'm done with the run around from this company. I sent the items back and I want my money back NOW. I informed this pathetic company that my card was cancelled and a new one sent. I've asked numerous times if they want the new number to refund my money and I get the same stupid automated response we have received your request and created a ticket. How pathetic can any company be. I'm now contacting The State Attorney General's office to have them deal with this company that should not even be in business and get my money back. I hope they have a more intelligent answer for them than they do for me.

I was trying to order some tights and ended up with multiply charges when the website hung. They somehow got another email that I use for other purposes instead of my normal email.
Now I see I have another charge on my credit card for something that I did not order.

Tights are average, weird colour, so I have only worn once. But, beware, they started taking out US$34.71 a month for a so-called VIP membership that I never agreed to. I cancelled, and they still took out another payment. Paypal are investigating

Bad Tights
I wore these tights for first time since purchasing them on 10/12/2025. The tights were riding down and I had to pull them up and when I was pulling the tights up a hole ripped through the tights with running down the leg 🦵🏽. I would not recommend these tights they are not what they are billed to be. It's a scam to get you to buy them.

I've emailed them numerous times to stop any subscriptions I may have, but the only answer I've got is that they opened a case and that they will come back to me with the outcome. They never do!

I ordered 2 pairs + 2 thigh high
I ordered 2 pairs. And added 2 pairs of thigh high stocking. Once order was placed. They try to add me to the VIP program and wanted to charge me further. I had to file a complaint before they stop the ridiculous membership plan. On top of it. They couldn't get my order right. They sent all 4 regular pantyhose. Instead of 2 full. 2 thigh high. There are way too many scams out there. This certainly feels like one. Where's the ethics.

Took MONTHS to get it then I wore it 1 time to a funeral, I was in heels and they ripped at the toe seam! Yes my nails are short so that wasn't the issue, it's just cheaply made! Buy stockings from Haines or Leggs for less money. The result might be the same but without the excessive money blown!

Do not buy from this company. They will get a hold of your credit card and there will be a withdrawal after another. There will be arguments over the refund and if you are not lucky enough to have used PayPal you will never get your money back. They are a scam!
